I wanted to see Seth Curry tonight but I will take the win. Warren, Bledsoe and Markieff have played well.

Yup, those guys played well. Thornton played his best game as a Suns but somehow, he still looks like bad version of Green

I think the Suns will need some shooting next season so Thornton and perhaps Granger can audition for these spots.

If I had a dollar for every time Tom Chambers has used the word "excuses" in the last 2 weeks I'd have a lot of dollars. Seems like he's tired of it too.

TJ Warren shows the rest of team what is there on offense if they just moved their feet and made themselves available to get a pass.

Now if he could make jumpshots..

It helps that most of his minutes come when Bledsoe is on the bench.

Kieff must have had a good game, 82 is oddly silent regarding him in this thread.

"I knew he was going to cut," Bledsoe said. "I seen him the whole time he was going to cut because he's probably the only one that's not going to stay out there on the perimeter and just sit there and jack threes all night. He did a great job tonight."

What I have been saying since the OKC trade. Passing is not a one-way street. Ball movement requires players to move their feet. You can't have one player dribble and 4 players standing still that makes every pass tough and that is what happened to the Suns where even passes that should be simple caused turnovers because it is too easy for defenses to anticipate the play if nobody moves.

I think we already knew our offense sucks. ISO and have everyone stand on the perimeter. But I get what you're saying. We just have some low IQ players or maybe it's by design. Who's to say whose fault it is for our stagnant half court offense.

really wished Bledsoe would've just said both teams played hard, both teams played hard, both team played hard.

Great leadership displayed by the anointed one!

Finally, we agree on something. It WAS great leadership. He's kept his mouth shut all season but we could all see there was a problem. Goran tried to do his part by hinting about this problem so it's nice to see Eric make it an issue too. I miss the days when problems such as this one could be handled in the locker room but those days disappeared more than a decade ago. Now, we have coaches writing tell-all books and player's moms calling out management, a short comment like this one is no big deal. I doubt it will make a difference but if it gets Marcus, Tucker and others to start moving without the ball it could make a huge difference down the road.

When your Point Guards are shooters first, isn't this what happens to a team? The rest stand around.

Earlier it was Bledsoe and Thomas (Dragic was 3rd in that 2-man PG rotation).

Now it has been Bledsoe and Knight.

There were posts at the time that this would happen to the rest of the team.

And, evidently, Jeff is too much a part of it to lead any other approach. Even if he were a strong leader. Which he has not shown himself to be.

The Suns Front Office created ball-hog backcourts and now the rest of the team is paying the price.

I think our first offensive option is to run the fast break. That is the top priority clearly if you hear any interviews with Jeff. So for that, you just need guards who can get the ball up the Court. Doesn't matter what you call them. Bled and Knight can clearly get that done and are also pretty good at steals and deflections which can get this going.

In the half court, I don't think it as much of them being "ball hogs" but rather them being our best offensive options, besides Kieff. So when we need points, they are the ones most able to get that done. I think they are looking to pass or score, whatever is open. But if you get it the ball to Kieff, 90% of the time he is going to shoot and the rest of the team knows that.

Was traveling... Just got home. As far as Kief goes, he did what he does - had a good shooting game after suckin it up in preceding games... While being a non-factor on the boards. He's simply way too inconsistent from game to game and combined with his lack of presence on the boards, his ability to be a true factor in this team is marginal at best...

They were speculating on 98.7 this morning, based upon Ryan McD's comments that in the off season there may be something between a roster "tweak" and a "major overhaul", that the Morri are out of here this Summer. They said the team may be keeping quiet on their dis-satisfaction with them to keep from scaring other teams off.

Good luck with that one. If the problems with the Morrises are obvious to us on a fan board, you can bet that they're obvious to NBA executives.

I appreciate your detailed justification of why the rest of the Suns stand around, which was the comment by 95pro to which some of us responded.

Rationalizing an unbalanced roster and lazy coaching isn't going to improve it.

We had problems even before we traded half the team
