Was listening to a montage run down of Booker in close out and elimination games. He has been way more deadly than dud-ly in these games. However, he has gotten the rep that is is horrible or can't play well in these games.

It’s kind of scary that Minnesota has not had a couple of their big scorers shoot well but still in this game.

There’s a difference between close-out games and elimination games. Close outs are when you’re up in the series.

Elimination games are when you’re down. This is the first time Booker’s ever shown up out of 4 chances and he was horrific in the other three.

Yeah, he's been good to great in close out games, but elimination games he's been straight dogpoop.

It’s gonna take an effort from the Suns, the likes of which we haven’t seen all season, to keep MN from going off and running away with this thing in the 2nd half. Possible I guess, but the odds are heavily in favor of the Timberwolves taking command and winning this game with their starters resting on the bench come late 4th quarter.
