Cowboys still showing interest in Gareon Conley
The Cowboys are still showing interest in Ohio State cornerback Gareon Conley and called him yesterday, according to Tom Pelissero of USA Today. Conley previously took a pre-draft visit to Dallas.

NFL prospect to meet with police Monday on rape accusation
CLEVELAND (AP) — An attorney for former Ohio State star Gareon Conley says the NFL prospect plans to meet with detectives and give a DNA sample after the NFL draft to counter accusations that he raped a woman earlier this month.

The cornerback projected as a first-round pick in the NFL draft before the police report emerged denies the allegations. No charges have been filed

This kid clearly lacked good judgment when he propositioned a random girl in an elevator to have a foursome.

So far it sounds like there are several witnesses including a girl who back up his story that he didn't rape this girl. I also question the supposed rape victims judgment for going up to a room with a random guy you just met in the elevator to watch his friend have sex.

Why do you keep harping on this "stranger in an elevator" thing when it has been proven untrue?

The footage shows Conley leaving the Barley House in Cleveland around 2:20 AM on April 9th ... with the accuser and her female friends following closely behind. At one point the accuser reaches out and touches Gareon's back.

A few minutes later, Conley has his arm around another woman in front of the bar and the accuser catches up from behind and grabs his arm. Gareon looks back and appears to hold her hand.

The video is critical because it appears to contradict what the accuser told police -- that she first met Conley in an elevator at the Westin hotel around 2:45 AM.
