Yeah if that's Seattle on a hangover, I hope they're falling down drunk when we face them.

Anybody else not stand Pete Carroll like me?? Smacking his gum and looking annoying
There making Seattle look good. Yea, they have a good team, but they are making them look like an elite team. Just no D at all, or O for that matter.
Wishful thinking bro.
They won the Super Bowl 43-8 and just throttled a team that has been a perennial playoff team for a decade. They are the "elite" team until it starts to proven differently on the field. Which, doesn't appear to be anytime soon.

Didn't say they were bad. Greenbay just wasn't Greenbay but what do I know.

That defense is just freaking nasty.

They got pressure and have a secondary, yamon.
The only thing that's going to stop Seattle from repeating is injuries, and a bunch of them to key players.
Full strength, healthy, and at home, it would take the Arizona Cardinals to beat them.
From last year anyway. Stupid D-weed.
Darnell is the only piece we've lost as far as the running game is concerned. Karlos did some QBing but Minter is replacing him. If our run game remains top 10-15 (I think it will) our No Fly Zone will keep us in games. It's like diapers, it all "Depends" when it comes down to the sh*$.And they have a running game, the kind that makes a very good defense a great defense. Especially when you have to hold up against the no huddle.

I just can't go along with "the main reason we stopped the run was the D-line, not the LBers" stuff people have been saying. That same D-line didn't do JACK SQUAT the previous year in stopping the run. it was the combo of the D-line, plus Dansby, Washington and HB coming up to make plays which all COMBINED to stop the run. And right now, we're missing four players from that group which was awesome last year.
Whatever you say vato. Honey wasn't around long, Karlos was busy midfield making plays/missing interceptions. D-Wash will be missed, but he wasn't in the backfield either. Losing the combo hurts worse than losing Dockett, but the combo didn't run the D-line.I just can't go along with "the main reason we stopped the run was the D-line, not the LBers" stuff people have been saying. and for anyone who wants to criticize Sherman because he only plays one side of the field in his comparison to Peterson as far as being a shut-down CB, think about this... the Packers never threw to his side... ONCE tonight. That's insane. He's that good that the Packers decided to shut down an entire half of their offense. Say whatever you want about the guy, but there's no bigger impact a CB can make then literally making a team throw to only one side of the field ALL GAME.

they didn't run in, but again, they certainly helped tremendously as that same exact D-line got gashed horrifically (28th in the league in rushing D) the previous season.
Rogers never had time to throw, let alone one side.
True that, but Bowels has been kind. It will be interesting to see how we line up against Skittles this year.
