I don't want a qbof now... If healthy we are super close to consistent deep playoff runs... Need to fill holes.
Linebacker
Guards (one being cooper)
Really would like cro back the dbs this year had to hold up wrs for a long time because of no rush and were pretty Damn good. I think they would have been even better with a rush cuz of ball hawking ability.

If u can get a steal of a QB in a later round then cool otherwise trade for Glennon. But the Thomas experiment this year in the fourth didn't work out.

I really don't think some people know how good Veldheer is... no rookie regardless the round drafted would challenge him :D

So still missing my point. We have ZERO depth behind Veldheer, unless you think Sowell is depth or talent or a legit OT in the NFL. Do I expect a rookie LT to beat out Hulk, No. Would I like some competent talent to back up the LT position, heck yes. Would I like to see Massie moved to the bench because we have upgraded the OT position, heck yes.

Is it impossible that a 1st rd LT could beat out Hulk, no is my answer. Is it unlikely, well sure but one can dream.

Overall point is that we have a very good LT, a decent RT and Zero depth at the OT position. So YES I want to add talent and competition to the OT position. Seriously, Hulk goes down with an injury (this season has me peeing myself with injury concerns) and we have Sowell stepping in for him. People are screaming about how BASK screwed up not having a legit 3rd string QB but we don't have a legit 2nd string LT on the roster.

At 22, there should be a good RT prospect who could also slide in to guard.

If he beats Massie, great, if not, he competes at guard. Guy like Lael Collins.

Alternatively, a guy like Cameron Erving can play center and guard. Maybe starts at guard and slides to center in a year.

1) Right Tackle - The lack of a between the tackles running game has focused attention on the guards, but Massie is by far the worst player on the line. That the Cardinals chipped with the running back on the first drop back of the game tells you all you need to know.

2) Rush backer - this fills two holes as who ever the designated pass rusher replaces can slide into the middle next to Washington on passing downs.

3) Guards - need two and don't plan on Cooper being one of them.

4) Cornerback - Cro and Powers (cap) could both be gone

 We'd be up the creek next yr without upgrades all along the line. But we need a legit #1 RB in the worst way. Ellington won't hold up as the regular #1.

It has to start there. A run game has to be prioritized next season.

Look at what happened to the Steelers today. Great passing game, but when Bell wasn't available - it exposed them. They became very defensible without the duel threat that Bell offers.

It's crazy how many people want to address the defense first.

If this team had even Trent Dilfer/Josh McCown/Kyle Orton etc.. level of QB'ing in the number 2 hole...
We are a 13-14 win team and still dancing.

O-line needs help (as usual)
But the pass pro was vastly improved this year.

As far as the defense goes.. We had one of the strongest Defenses ever the first 3/4 of the season, I wouldn't even know where to start.
A true pass rush specialist would be nice, our corners are a bloody mystery, At times they look like the best in the league, then the following week they can look like the worst.

I don't think I'll ever figure out why we can't run the ball ( Is it bad line play or bad RB selection? Or just always a combination of both?)

For the love of God can we find a QBOTF already????
