I am pulling for Haley to be our HC. I think he's the right guy for the job and will get our offense moving, no question. I'd also be OK with Horton, but I think Haley brings a ton to the table experience wise: Familiar with AZ, HC experience in KC, and now Pitt experience. If we can pair Haley with Horton I will be very happy.

This thought process has been thoroughly scorned.

Familiar with AZ - here only two years and under five guys left on offense from then
HC Experience with KC - dumpster fire before getting fired
Pitt experience - another dumpster fire

If you think Whiz road Warners coat tail then Then what about Haley? What did he do here that was so great? He blew it KC. In Pittsburgh their offense is ranked 22nd which is worse than before he got there. Hes had disputes with Big Ben. He never played football. Hes got an aggressive personality that rubs people the wrong way.

Absolutely not.

KC was injury riddled his last season...In Pitt, he did what he was brought in to do, regardless of Big Ben's thoughts or antics.

I maintain that if the Cards Brass really wants to salvage Kolb, then Haley is the best choice for success. His offense will save Kolb's life, behind a suspect and learning OL, just like it did for Warner.

lol Chiefs started their first two games with losses by a combined 80 points before getting some lucky wins agains some bad teams. Injuries had nothing to do with their season.

The guy is a complete psycho who ended up alienating everyone in his organisation before he got fired. Coaches and GM included. That is not someone I want as a NFL coach.

Check again...http://www.arrowheadpride.com/2012/...-chiefs-jamaal-charles-eric-berry-tony-moeaki

Brandon Siler, gone in training camp
Tony Moeaki, gone in preseason
Eric Berry, gone during 1st game
Jamaal Charles, gone during 2nd game

Those are 4 key starters, lost for the season. This doesn't even include their QB and others that missed several games during the season. Please don't say that injuries didn't play a factor in their season. Their problem, was similar to the Cards of 2012...injuries to key players and zero competetive depth.

A good coach overcomes those injuries. You don't start the season losing 41-7 and 48-3 and blame everything on injuries. Charles is a big loss for a team like the Chiefs, but teams encounter injuries to those positions you listed all the time. (Siler = Who?) Those aren't even a big deal in the scheme of things.

Again, the guy is a complete Dbag who contributed nothing in their playoff season before running off his MVP Offensive coordinator. If you think Whisenhunt is bad with his cronies than Haley is going to be 100x worse.

As long as Horton is DC I won't whine about it.
And we just fired the guy who hired those two to be his coordinators. That would be a typical Cardinal move. If Whiz was the problem, then one would think an entirely new offensive philosophy is wanted.

Just say no to Todd Haley.

Never played football at any level, played golf in college. Alienates his players, bad temperament, 2010 success was arguably due to OC Charlie Weis. After the OC left, Chiefs have been awful. Steelers have worst year under Tomlin.
