For those of us in the L.A. area, the game vs. the Lakers will be televised on Channel 9 at 6:30.

bah, I was hoping it would be on FSN here in San Diego, but it's not. Will I be able to listen to it on ktar.com?

Apparently it's not on television anywhere in Phoenix, so for once I wanted to show that we're better than them... :D

I hope Dantoni gives Marks and Pike decent mins. Those guys are supposed to add depth in our championship run, and if Dantoni doesnt play either of them in the preseason, he's not going to use them in the regular season at all.

I'd also like to see Banks have atleast 5 assists. Marcus Williams had 9 assists and 16 pts today against Tor today (he did have 6 TOs too). Rondo has been racking up huge assist numbers and steals as well. I really need to see Banks prove he's better than those rooks.

It's only been a few minutes, but KT is looking great so far. Even last year, I don't remember him running as well as he is right now.

the only thing I can think when I watch this team during football season is: Thank God for the Suns.

KT does look very active out there - this guy is going to be a GREAT role playe for this club - one of those guys at the end of the year that EVERY championship team has - the ultimate veteran gritty role player.

man, I hope we can stay healthy this season.

Nice change of direction power slam from Amare... Hasn't done much yet, but he's certainly running well.

yeah, that was a nice play - he does look a bit sluggish though, although you can't blame the guy - he's been out of b-ball for a full year and a half - it's gonna take a while for him to really get back into the flow and in shape. still encouraging though to see that burst every once in a while when he's clearly not up to snuff yet.

23-20 end of the first.

Amare looks like he's trying to stay aggressive, especially on his rebounds.

Marcus Banks got called for a palm, but that move he made on that play was very KJ-esque. He may not have the raw speed of Barbosa, but I think his first step is lightning-quick.

KT looked great for the first few minutes of the game (he was replaced by Amare). He was running well and was aggressive, always running at the basket.

my second impression of Banks is as unimpressive as the first. I'm hoping this kid is just trying to find himself becuase the two times I've seen him play, I have not been impressed in the least.

I love Raja Bell - ******* that calf injury last season - we would have beaten the Mavs.

Pat Burke actually passes the ball, and it's a good pass... I guess hell HAS frozen over.

I sure hope it's 1st half=Burke, 2nd half=Marks.

I don't know how long I can take watching Burke on the floor.

Diaw with the dish to Matrix for the stuff.

I really wonder how Amare's going to fit in with this mix - it's gonna be a weird start to the season, I think. Gonna take some time to work out the kinks, kind of like last season I think before we really go on a tear.

To be fair, Burke isn't really doing anything BAD out there. He's just not doing anything good, either.
