NBA referees really are the pinnacle of the worst officials in all pro sports. One doesn't have to wonder why the Tim Donaghy type conspiracy theories dog the league... it's genuinely difficult to be as incompetent or biased as NBA refs consistently are by mere accident.

The NBA L2M report was hard to take especially when the referees made horrible calls all night.

I wish the NBA could have broken down the whole game.

I didn't see the contact but Tim Kempton says Cam Johnson banged knees in this video.

They missed the whole contact on that replay. Cam tried to follow a guy around a screen and stepped past the screener and the other guy cut close, like you are supposed to do. Cam's leg got bent in the process. It wasn't just him jogging down the court and grabbing his leg.

Yeah, they showed the contact earlier on Bally Sports Arizona pregame.
