So the owner tweets out an apology and calls last nights performance "unacceptable".

Ray Ratto, SF beat writer reports that Harbaugh has alienated pretty much everyone in the front office, and that a couple weeks ago the front office decided that Indeed, this is Harbaugh's final year.

Apparently the FO has been pressuring Harbaugh to make offensive changes after the 10-13 loss at home to STL. Harbaugh has instead been publicly praising OC Greg Roman in the press -- a passive/ aggressive response.

Yeah, the GM's daughter actually tweeted that OC Greg Roman could "take a hike" and that the 49ers did not want him anymore.

It's going to get ugly there, and I love it!!

They tried to trade the Head Coach during the off season, had disaster written all over it this year.

Dumb, he's the best coach they've had since Bill Walsh. I hope they do get rid of him, because it's a stupid move and good for us. They should be kissing his ass.

I am sure they were frustrated after last night, but the Seahawks are just playing on another level right now. Glad for any chaos the niners have to deal with. Wait until they are eliminated from the playoffs, then I think the wheels really fly off.

I agree. The hawks have the tiebreaker against us and we beat the niners. I wanted. The niners to win but didnt think they would.

Yes, it was definitely better for us if SF won last night. I thought it would be close from start to finish, but really Seattle just whipped their ass. Fricking Niners  Can't even win on the rare occasions I want them to!

We still hold a 2 game lead , we just need to take care of our business , and the rest will take care of itself . The Eagles may very well help us out next week against the Hags !!

Report: Jets, Raiders are expected to inquire about Harbaugh

Adam Schefter of ESPN and Jay Glazer of FOX both report that Jim Harbaugh’s status will be determined after the season, and that if he goes it will happen via trade. Per Schefter, the Jets and Raiders are believed to be interested in swinging a trade for the coach who has one year left on his contract.

I really hope not. That front office has frequently undermined Harbaugh and now they think they can get a pick out of him? I hope Jim calls their bluff and tells them to fire me or let me coach out my contract.

Yeah that was the rumor a few months ago and I still think it might happen. But if there are a couple of NFL teams willing to give him a big payday, who knows? I'd just as soon see him back in the college game as opposed to an NFL team that actually supports him.

Who knows if the rumors are true. But the rumors are that Michigan doesn't want Harbaugh. That they'd rather have his brother. The main reason was that when he was at Stanford he, in his classless way, took shots at Michigan. They didn't appreciate them, and so they don't want him.

But crazier things have happened.

As crazy as Harbaugh is, and how messed up Oakland is, that seems like a match made in hell. Maybe it would work out. Though if it went south, it could be epic bad.

Mark Davis, Reggie McKenzie, and Jim Harbaugh...wow that's like a twilight zone episode.
