Watching a few of the joint practice clips of Colt throwing up meatballs definitely is not a good sign.

Was I surprised by the trade for Dobbs. Yes, I didn't see that coming. However after watching many of the poor throws that Colt has had recently it doesn't shock me. Curious to see who gets playing time at QB in the last preseason game.

If not now ? When? Tune needs to get in there, even though Dobbs is more good then bad as a back up and put up enough points , if the D was better.

time to tune it up and turn it up !
That’s not happening, at least not yet. Paschal was the culprit in the pick 6 that completely turned the game around & Humphries was poor pretty much all day. I’m not saying Dobbs was good, he was NOT. But unfortunately, we are in a position (talent/injuries) that we have to be almost perfect in order to stay in a game. Guys like Chase are going to eat our lunch. Stafford might throw for 350 next week. Tune isn’t going to change that, and could actually make matters far worse.

Five games into a lost season is definitely the time to decide whether you have a future #2 QB on the roster. Definitely help you evaluate Michael Wilson, Hollywood Brown, Trey McBride, and Rondale Moore.

Turn to the guy who made you decide you had to get Joshua Dobbs and start him in a real NFL game after just a handful of practices with his teammates.

Dobbs has done better than I expected but I still want to see Tune more. I think he has a much higher upside.

The only way Tine is playing is if Dobbs gets hurt.
You honestly think if the losing streak continues and Dobbs continues to play like he did against the Bengals that he'll start?

Simply stated, if they're 1-10, you think Dobbs will be starting?

I'd hope that by Week 12 Kyler would be on the field.

Dorian Thompson-Robinson just was an emergency-ish starter for the Browns and went 19-36 with 3 INTs against a fairly mid Ravens defense. These mid-round QBs just aren't ready for prime time as rookies. The entire offense would be a mess, and that's the part of our team that's working right now.

By that point probably. I sure hope that doesn’t stop them from playing Kyler.
