Boo! He could have been good, but he's insane. Happens to the best of us. If this is all you can come up with after Green's nine years of drafting... :trout:

What??

Get your facts straight. ESPN didn't even have a video clip of the guy, they didn't think anyone would take him before round 3 at the earliest.

He didn't even play during his senior year in college!

OK, fine, I see how it goes, anyone who says anything other than woo hoo go cardinals green rules gets crapped on.

Fine. Everyone he picks will be an all pro. Enjoy the 16-0 season.

Everybody makes mistakes and nobody knew that Underwood was psychotic. I would say on the whole that Green is an above average judge of talen on the OFFENSIVE side and about average on the defensive side.

That was his last draft with the Vikings.

Name one of those guys who is still in the NFL other than Bennett, who's middle name is Injured Reserve.

Same thing happened with Calvin Pace. Sometimes you take a chance on a player.

I don't follow the Vikings well enough to comment

None of them are in the NFL except Bennett. Look it up if you don't believe me.

I don't understand your point. Look at the Cardinals prior drafts...we suck at drafting.

Fact of the matter you are picking and choosing which drafts to grade Green on...I seem to recall him digging up some real diamonds in the rough...

3 19 80 Ramos McDonald New Mexico DB
4 18 110 Kivuusama Mays North Carolina LB

7 19 208 Chester Burnett Arizona LB
7 36 225 Tony Darden Texas Tech DB

1998. Birk and Moss are in the pro bowl. Everyone else got cut.

Looks like he's averaging about 1 or 2 guys a year who actually end up playing.

That's a lame cop out.

If you analyze ten Green drafts with one player, then you deserve all the abuse you get.

Remember when those dumb-ass Patriots picked Andy Katzenmoyer one spot in front of Underwood? What a bunch of fools.

I am listing them in chronological order! How is that choosing!?

Yes, we have always sucked at drafting, and I don't really think that we can throw our blind faith behind someone who hasn't fared much better, according to his record.

Ok ... Everyone in favor of drafting #27 and #25 the next two years say "I TRUST DENNY!"
Yeah, its easy to find good players when your drafting in the top 5 every year...Denny is dealing with nothing and working at a 33% rate of accuracy.

Okay, so Winslow wasn't the only Homer

Pointing out year-by-year failures is an unfruitful exercise, you could do that for any team, especially the Cardinals.
