Do you think for them not taking a break between the NIT game and playing Virginia lead to the loss or is this sign of the future for this team?

I knew we were going to lose this game when I saw it on the schedule in the pre-season. For one, we have always played physical teams poorly. Second, scheduling a road ACC game in the middle of a tournament is never a good idea for wins and losses although it was probably a good learning experience. Lastly, this team's success or failure is dependant on it's two seniors, Channing Frye and Salim Stoudamire. Considering I don't have any faith in either of those two guys, I'd say we're no better than a Sweet 16 team.

A loss on the road this early is nothing to get too down about.

They need to get ready for the PAC10 season and be playing their best basketball in Feburary and March. Sure it is disappointing but it is more instructive and motovating than heartbreaking.
