Here are the other afternoon games that day:

HOU @ DEN (CBS)
PIT @ OAK (CBS)
ATL @ SD (FOX)
PHI @ AZ (FOX)

I assume that only one network will show an afternoon game nationwide (CBS: HOU/DEN). Although, here are the early Fox games that week:

TB @ DAL
SF @ MIN
STL @ CHI
DET @ TN

Maybe Fox should shelve the national early game this week. Having a hard time finding a Fox game that is better than the 2-0 Cards vs. the 2-0 Eagles. Just sayin.

Watch TV and listen to Pasch and Wolfley on radio. Easy to synchronize.

how? I try this all the time but the feeds are always far off, dont know how to sync the feeds. I end up just turning off wolfley and dealing with it because I dont like to hear the result of the play prior to the huddle breaking on TV.

Well, if this game is anything like last Sunday the state-wide screaming, hollering, cries of anguish, freak-out-Rebel-yells of joy and astonishment will pretty much drown out the audio.

So no worries.

I noticed I could hear the announcers the entire NE game vs occasional IN AZ I cant hear the announcers because the crowd gets too loud.

I don't mind those guys. The announcers typically suck anyways, so no real change lol

I watch on Sunday Ticket, which is slightly ahead of the NFL radio Pass. At most I'm pausing 5 seconds and after a few tries it's done.

my favorite part of that game was the yo-yo heartbreak. Fans were leaving, egos crushed. Then literally ran back to their seats after the fumble. Only to leave disappointed again. LOVED it
Have to wonder just how smart their fans are when you consider that they thought that game was for sure over. Even if the fumble doesn't happen they still get the ball back with about 20 seconds on the clock and a kicker with a big leg. It wouldn't be crazy to think that they could go 20-30 yards in 20 seconds and spike the ball to stop the clock.

agreed. It's New England though, so the fans aren't the brightest bulbs in the box anyways lol

Also the possibility of a big punt return which is even more likely considering that Zastudil probably would have tried to crush that punt to take away the chance of the offense getting down the field.

Aside from getting names wrong (which isn't a disrespect thing--he does it with every team), I like Billick's commentary.

He definitely does it more with us. And Hes professional. Shouldn't happen. Especially when he has a roster with the names sitting right in front of him.

Some people have problems with names. Bet he had a hard time remembering the guys on his roster, back in the day.

"Hey, you... 35... yeah, you... get over here!"

And, I believe on Hard Knocks, he often turned to an assistant and asked for this or that guys name.

(I like him on Coaches Corner, etc... and his commentary.)
