any fullback or linebacker with "RAM" in his name has to be a playerAnd there is even a FB being brought in---Ramesh from Wisconsin!

SK loves him some team captains as well.
This is the worst part of Keim's resume. I like the top of the draft and think he did fine. The later rounds (actually 3rd and beyond) he's always tried to conspicuously be the smartest guy in the room and overdraft guys drastically, and then chase small school unknowns (but team captains) in UDFA. I have nothing at all against Will House or Southern Nazarene University, but seriously, come on. Quentin Meeks was available. Holton Hill was available. Tarvaris McFadden was available. Jeff Holland, Allen Lazard, Kevin Tolliver, Tony Adams, Simmie Cobbs, Kameron Kelly, Quin Blanding, Skylar Phillips, Tony Brown. You got precisely none of these guys and brought in a handful of Division IV guys. Grrrrr.
Remember the last player from Fordham we had?Three kids from Yale, Princeton and Fordham. Makes you wonder whether Card brass is trying to design a brainy environment for their new QB and change the culture of the franchise long term.
Good grief. You can’t sign all the free agents. Other teams are trying to sign them too. You act like the Cardinals could have signed all these players if they just wanted to and that is far from true. This is the worst part of Keim's resume. You do realize that 31 other teams are trying to sign these guys also.Maybe some guys got more money elsewhere or felt they had better chances making the team elsewhere. You can`t blame Keim because you don`t know who he tried to sign and chose to sign elsewhere.

John Brown - overdrafted wrong
Brandon Williams overdrafted probably correct
Chad Williams overdrafted too soon to call
Rodney Gunter overdrafted 4th rd pick who is seeing playing time, wrong again
Cole Toner overdrafted
Logan, Ford, this years guys, all taken a round or two too soon.
I'm too lazy to go back and research this, but...Completely realize it. Can we get one at least, every three years or so?

I'm pretty sure that every year, SK hits the nail with a successful small-college pick - whether the dude attended St Paul College, Presbyterian, Delaware St. or Pittsburgh Kan.
We've had Tony Jefferson, Jaron Brown had some moments, Kerwynn Williams (Late round pick, not UDFA) did decently, Xavier Williams was a pretty decent rotational guy, Ricky Seals-Jones, Lyle Sendelein. There have been a lot of UDFA's the Cardinals have signed that has brought quite a bit of excitement to this board in the past few drafts. Most haven't panned out but they did sign several. Not sure what else you want them to do.Completely realize it. Can we get one at least, every three years or so?
Toler.Agreed. Most of the small school guys HAVE panned out.
John Brown is/was a good third round pick
Gunter has been a serviceable rotational player in round four
Bethel exceeded expectations by making multiple pro bowls
What's his mcface from St Paul College was a good starting CB

I know Pugh is not flashy as an OG. But, that was a major FA in my book. Guy played great with the Steelers. And we have long lacked a nasty, mauling G. Iupati was supposed to be that, but has been hurt too much.
Did you mean to say Giants and not the Steelers?
Agree that Pugh---if healthy---will be a great addition to the OL. Allowed Cards to take Kirk without worry that they didn't address the OL. His signing allowed the Cards to address a different need in the 2nd round of the draft.
Yes,
I had a brain fart. Giants of course.
A colleague of mine's son signed with Dallas. Wish we signed him. Pretty good LB from Villanova.

I'm really surprised he wasn't drafted.Ed Shockley? He was great in the East-West Shrine Game. I would have liked it if he ended up with the Cardinals.
