Will the Cardinals stay with the all red and all white unis?

I think that is how we ended our last couple games.

i really hope so. the all-white unis remind me of the days at busch at the loo. plus, the all-red mix looks extremely cool. the players actually look like cardinals. i think they should get rid of the az flag and stripes on the sides too. but never, never, never, never, EVER mess with the bird!

The all reds were the best NFL uniforms I have seen in 5 years. But the all white ones make the team look like a bunch of icecream men. All reds and white and red is my take. But then again I have no fashion sense!

I too liked the White on White, but I thought the Red on Red was aweful. I also would like to see them lose the AZ flag, and stripes on the sleeves and socks too....especially the blue stripes...ugh.

I loved the Red on Red! It was tough looking.

The jerseys that they are selling on the Cards site have away jerseys with no stripes and no flag.

my brothers are convinced the cards need red face masks as well but i think that would look dumb. the classic grey ones are fine to me. you're right about the blue stripe - whoever thought of that one must've lost his marbles.

The blue stripes and the blue on the state flag are different. Keep the flag if you must, but the red, white, and blue stripes on the sleeves (Located below the flag) and on the socks seriously need to go.

The facemasks definitely need to be changed to something other than grey. White would be fine, but I was thinking yellow would be cool, almost like a beak color.

Actually, I was just at the team shop yesterday. I was told that the road whites are the same this year as last. No one could tell me why the jerseys featured on the online store are displayed without the stripes and state flag (which in my opinion should be featured on the home reds, and both styles of pants.)

There is no way in this day and age with the "profesionals" the way they are that they would get rid of the names on the back of the jerseys.

I like the idea, but the league and the players wouldn't like it.

besides, the league likes to sell the individual players just as much as teams. They wouldn't want a team to not have names on the back of the jerseys.

I also agree that the old uniforms are classic. They remind me of the younger days.

Since I heard that the Cardinals were planning to change their uni's and since I had 6 months on my hands I thought that I would fool around with some designs. I tried to make a big selection so people could see what they might like or fuel someone to come up with a better idea. The problem is the files are too big and I don't know how to downsize them so I can post them for you to see.

As for the names on the back of the uniforms, I thought that was for the benefit of the announcers so they could could make a quicker referance. But I guess if they can't see the big numbers on the front and back then they would see those tin letters on their shoulders. Forget it!

Send them to Pantone194C - he has a site (www.ssur.org) where he has a group of proposed design changes for the Cards made by fans, etc. He should be able to help you.

I like some of the ideas I've seen submitted. If Bidwill used a uni designed by a fan that would be great PR. Even better....it would be FREE PR. I would like to see something more interesting than just basic red and white with numbers.

Regardless of what they use this year at least we look better than the Browns.

the fact that our jerseys are basic is what i like. every new team/new jersey these days is going for some XFL looking jersey. can you imagine the packers changing their jerseys to something like the broncos have??? keep the tradition!

I agree. My favorite uniform, college or pro, is Penn State. That is basic and cool. No pretty sh%t. Just football.
