Without a shadow of a doubt, yes. Just as good in pass pro, but 100% better in the run game.

You also have to remember that Grimm for the first time in his career here actually changed his scheme to make up for the lack of experience at OT. He gave a ton of help to Potter and Massie, way more so then he ever gave Brown.

This. I think people underestimate how much Russ Grimm and Ken Whisenhunt were playing with handcuffs on once Levi Brown went down. I charted it out from the Vikings game (I think)--on more than 75% of the attempts that the Cards made, they kept one extra blocker in, and frequently two extra blockers to help out both Massie and Potter on the same play.

Massie got better, but he's still a bit of a liability in run blocking, and Potter was getting a ton of extra help in a way that helped to hold back the passing game. Levi Brown is a focus because of his draft status and his underwhelming pay and public profile, but he's a solid player and would not merit the attention he gets if he were a former 2nd round pick or a free agent acquisition.

IMO, the "untouchable" players on this roster are Fitz, Peterson, Campbell, and Washington in that order. The "core" players on this roster are those four plus Levi Brown, Andre Roberts, Sam Acho, Kerry Rhodes, Darnell Dockett, and Adrian Wilson.

Yeah. I, for one, am excited to see what Levi Brown and Bobby Massie can do over the course of a season. If we can also improve our interior line play, we might be able to develop a consistent running game.

Passing game will depend on the QB and that is TBD.

The only way you can even get another team interested in Fitz is if he is willing to redo his contract.

As far as untouchables I would list them in order as Washington Campbell Peterson. I don't see anyone else here as untouchable. As much as I like Fitz if the right deal came across Keim's desk I think he would look very hard at dealing Fitz.

The guy I think may be realistic trade bait is Floyd. If he doesn't get it and start picking up the offense, his days as a Cardinal could be very short indeed. Considering his struggles last year to pick the offense and BA saying players will have to show they are getting it, Floyd could be in trouble.

Of course he's a focus because of his draft status. When you take a guy high in the first round you expect him to be better than an average player.

It's great that people think Levi Brown is a good run blocker. Just what you need on a team that finished dead last in rushing attempts 4 out of the 6 years he's been on the team.

Now we have another pass happy HC/OC. Perfect.
