The way things have gone today.. The playoff road actually might not be looking as bad as it could have...

Dallas is beating Philladelphia 14-0.. if they hang on the seeding would look like:

1. Saints
2. Vikings
3. Dallas
4. Arizona
5. Green Bay
6. Philladelphia

The Eagles are the one team I want to stay away from, and as today as unfolded, it looks like we will be able to avoid them in most cases until the NFC Championship...

First things first next Saturday Afternoon we have the Pack, should be interesting...

There won't be an NFC playoff game in cold weather, unless Philadelphia and Green Bay pull off multiple miracles and meet each other in the NFC CHampionship game.

I think Cincy/Jets II will be the crappy early Saturday game, with Eagles/Cowboys II as the prime time night game.

Ravens/Patriots and Packers/Cards on Sunday.

Just my guess...

Right now it looks like the first round of the NFC playoffs is going to feature 2 rematches of teams that played the week before.

Here we go....

1. Saints
2. Vikings
3. Cowgirls
4. Cards
5. GB
6. Eagles

If the Eagles win and we win, the Eagles would actually face the Saints even though we are techinally in line...

Either way, the Cowgirls and Eagles are two teams that I wanted to avaoid, and it appears we have.. thats the good news...

The other good news as was mentioned before, the Cards will not have to play outside in cold weather at ANY point in the playoffs, which is AWESOME...

And IMO, regardless of today's outcomes the Eagles are still the scariest team in the NFC, I can't wait to see another NFC championship at UofP standium :D

I really can't figure why the Eagles tanked this game.

It's very odd, maybe even they didn't want to play in zero degree weather?

Honestly I have no idea how to explain today in any other way.

I'll tell you this. if you are a cards fan you better forget about the nfc east teams. you better worry about that team you played today. IMHO they were the toughest opponent that the cowboys faced all year long! they are capable of winning the conference. I don't know what the cards gameplan was, but that doesn't bold well IMO.

well it has a little to do with the cowboys defense...i know they made some mistakes. but scored 0 points and didn't ever pull their starters. to their credit they one uped the redskins. at least they attempted a 53 yard field goal.

I've been trying to tell these guys for weeks now, that Dallas is for real. I hate em, but they are a legit threat!!!

Look at what they have done to some of the most potent offenses lately:

well if the defense continues to play at this level yes....the whole team is playing together in unison.

We may still have an NFC championship again at UofP
but it'll be ONLY against Eagles again
