Can us informed fans try to really will DA to a successfull year and career here at ARIZONA.

I'm not sure how "informed" you actually are regarding this guy. I wonder how many people really watched DA play in Cleveland over the last couple years. He is what he is. Yesterday was a good performance by his grade book. Just wait. You will have aged substantially by the end of the season with DA at the helm. I'm starting to feel bad about bagging on the guy, but it's driving me nuts reading all of the countless posts of "Wait and see. . . He can improve. . . Kurt Warner got dropped from teams also". In fact, I'm going to have an aneurysm if I read one more post comparing him to Kurt Warner. He is not Kurt Warner. Kurt Warner is a HOF, SB QB with deadly accuracy and game control. Did he have bad games? Yes. Everyone does. Marino, Montana, Young, Elway. All these guys had bad games. You can't compare KW with DA just because they've both had bad games. That's a terrible comparison. That's like comparing filet mignon with bologna cuz they both spoiled when left out of the refrigerator. DA does not belong in the same breath. It smacks all these HOF guys in the face. DA is what he is. A wildly inconsistent, erratic, strong arm with accuracy issues. He will never be elite. He will never be accurate, relatively speaking. He will look good at times but, more often, he will look bad. Take it from a guy from Cleveland. Buckle up.

I am not blaming Fitzgerald...he is just not healthy. If he was healthy and DA missed him like that, I would blame DA for sure (that end zone throw to Fitz was perfect but Fitz was slow to get to the spot) quote]
If he wasn't "healthy" he shouldn't have played.

Exactly-----and this is not new stuff here. Whiz discovered the same thing when he tried to let Boldin man-up last year when HE tried to play hurt. It didn't work then, and it won't work now. We will only get Fitz hurt worse by playing him at 75%. Look, I am not trying to say that Anderson had a great game. I am only saying that his play was not as bad as it seems. It was brutally ugly all game long for ALL Cardinals players. This win was only beautiful because it was a division win on a day when the projected division darlings got whupped but good in Seattle.

All I am trying to point out here is that-----We would all do well to look at what we accomplished yesterday, instead of complaining about what we didn't accomplish. It was a WIN, and it wasn't easy. When would our Cardinals have accomplished that feat in past years with the type of game that we had in St. Louis ????? A lot of teams played the same kind of games yesterday, and at least half of them would be ecstatic to be in the position the Cards are in right now. If it makes you feel better to call it putting lipstick on a pig, then so be it, but give credit where credit is due. We got some very positive feedback, (even from our offense), yesterday, and we should be celebrating the fact that they managed to pull out a win.

Hey Doug!

Take your vitamins and get your rest and don't let anybody get you down. We need you on here.

You know I was thinking of you yesterday. For a moment there I found myself thinking kind thoughts about the Rams. (Bradford may just be what that team needs.) But then I saw the ghost of Georgia floating through the room and I pulled myself back from the edge.

Go Cards!

AS I'm sure others pointed out if you're going to discount drops, you have to add in the 2 INT's he threw that they dropped, and the fumble for a TD that they didn't get thanks to Breaston.

It cuts both ways. He played average in the first quarter, crappy in the 2nd and 3rd, and quite well in the 4th.

Against a better team we won't win if he does that.

Word. The Saints,Packers and Patriots were the only teams that really impressed me. The seahawks, meh it was against the 9ers. The Texans looked good too.

You must have missed watching any of the Titans as they are very dangerous this year. Its not even fair they may even add Haynesworth back to that mix. This team will challenge.

I'm the biggest Kurt Warner fan on the planet.Follow him on twitter since the day he started.Have collected his football cards for 11 years.Probably 200K or more at least.

I'm not ever gonna compare DA with Kurt Warner.Just saying giving a guy a fresh start like Whiz did Kurt really helped him adjust his own game in his later career.Whiz is great with QB's.I believe he made Big Ben who he is as a player not a person.

I think Whiz saw some things in DA's Pro Bowl season with ego maniac wr's that dropped many balls.I think Whiz will work his magic than can "NEVER" happen in Cleveland ever as I'm old enough to know the MAGIC Cleveland once had full control over. Those days are gone. Most who post here were not born during those days.Shame Cleveland has to be a joke to todays NFL fan.Sheeesh.

This is DA's second chance we all deserve in life.I thank ChiliDog for bringing Kurt in but it was what Whiz did along with coach Haley & the gloves that got Kurt in the Hall Of Fame.Along with,Fitz,Q,Breaston,Edge& a ton of others plus blockers to give Kurt the time he needed.

Let go of the past condemnation that was the final nail in DA's NFL coffin as the NFL is full of reclamation stories that will curl your hair.Even if they failed in Cleveland.LOL
