The Denver Broncos claimed quarterback Kevin Hogan off waivers this week, opting to make him the third-string quarterback instead of Paxton Lynch. So what did the team like about the Stanford product? “Kevin fits what our quarterbacks look like,” coach Vance Joseph said after practice Monday. “He’s an athletic guy, he has a good arm, he’s very, very smart, he’s fast with the ball — so he fits the profile of what Chad [Kelly] and Case [Keenum] look like physically.
