I doubt it will. I don't think their memories are so short that they've forgotten a close game in their stadium earlier this season. That's unfortunate. It'd be better if they were totally overconfident.

IMO, rematch games are won and lost due to coaching more than other games. It often comes down to which coaching staff saw more stuff to exploit in the first game. I'm hopeful on this front.

I'm also hopeful that the weather won't turn too cold. The Carolinas are supposed to get a cold front late Saturday/early Sunday. Better if it doesn't hit early.

I look for the Cards to not only beat the spread but beat the Panthers outright.

Bet the cards +10 then wait for it to lower than take the Panthers - whatever it is (hopefully 6.5). Then if it lands in th emiddle you win big. Its a secret of the pros.

Guy did it in a superbowl a few years back bet 1 million on both sides and got both.

most of those east coast let downs was at 10-11am. everyone lost those.

we don't have to worry about playing 1 of those until next year

funny how we clinch and lose = we're horrible and when it happens to others, 'they were resting 4 the playoffs'.

wasn't car 8-1 or 8-2 at one point? didn't they drop off? maybe not as far of a drop off, but enough of one not to just anoint them. they weren't playing like the colts, and even if they were, the colts lost.

we should beat carolina this time, although it's no certainty.

sure they had an extra week off, but they weren't game planning for us.

carolina is due for an emotional let down - sometimes the bye week gives you too much time off and becomes 'bye bye week'

It seems about right to me. East coast game we haven’t proven to be able to handle, will be cold which is just another thing that we have not been proven to handle, 40% chance of rain which gives edge to run game which goes to Carolina on paper, Carolina getting more rest which means fewer injuries. Although they didn’t know who they were going to play until Sunday they did know the two teams they had to prepare for which gave them a head start in their off week. All that along with 3 points given to the homefield right off the bat. So 10 at this early juncture seems about right.

Plus the line isn’t what Vegas thinks will happen it is more of a way to get people to make more bets. Vegas isn’t in it to make predictions they are in it to make people make bets and make money.
