Venting?????

Moderators, with the real season only a few days away and given that a few of us fueled by malts and ryes tend to get slightly perturbed after a Cardinal loss what are your policies going to be in regards to venting. A 24HR vent window from the end of the game Sunday to Monday PM? A dedicated Thread? Banishment to Bird Droppings?

I would like to suggest that we refrain from starting a new thread for each complaint.

We are going to have to deal with this five times this season and after the NFC Championship game so just wanted to get your thoughts.

How about we act like men and women and take winning and losing with some class.

It is freakin football for pete's sake! Yes, I am a rabid fan. There is no need to destroy this board over wins or loses. We can have our usual "heated discussions." But don't throw a tantrem like a baby!

That would be the ideal, but anyone who has been around message boards for any length of time knows it won't happen.
There will always be the" @#@#%@ Cardinals" post on Sunday or Monday followed on Tuesday by "ok I've calmed down...".

And after each loss there will be 15 new "members" who post: I am a long time Cardinal fan but this is the worst football team I've ever seen and we'll never win as long as Bidwill (sic) owns the team.

If I only need to vent 5 times during the regular season I for one think I wont be doing much venting even during those 5 times!!!!
