Wow, what a late reply, but it is still worth mentioning. I was trying to avoid this thread until after I finished S1, to avoid spoilers.

I got Veronica Mars from Columbia House TV club. I received this box set, and Freaks and Geeks, along with two DVD's for a little over $50.

Columbia House is a great way to build your DVD collection.

boy o boy, are you in for a treat! i'm jealous, i wish i could watch it again for the first time. so gd good. i have one day of my life that i can say was exclusively devoted to freaks and geeks. i woke up, watched every episode, went to bed.
