we would have preferred the pick that was being offered to us. You know if Graves didn't daily give us soemthing to bitch about, we wouldn't. See the day we signed B.J. and the 4 free agent day.

A 5th round pick next year wouldn't do us much help this year. Obviously we had huge question marks this offseason with our WRs. I saw nothing wrong with bringing in Walker to compete for a spot. It gave us another option to look at.

Just because we traded for Walker doesn't mean he imediately earns a spot on this team. If he doesn't perform then he gets cut and that's what happened.

Crushed???? Hardly...........definitely a superior team to last year's group......anywhere from 7-9 to 10-6......playoffs are possible if injuries are avoided

Was I saying how bad this trade was from the start? And you basically thought I wa an idiot (didn't call me that but I can guess what you were thinking)?

As for Knight, I was happy for that pick. Wadsworth was a good pick too. I wanted Urlacher over Jones but hey, what are you going to do.

I admit when I am wrong...

And where is the guy who made the decisions? Well Fergie's fired, Coach Mac is still here and so is Graves. So are you saying in essence they should be gone also. Or should we continue making mistakes like those above?

No, I'm saying no matter how much scouting you do, or whatever, draft picks and trades don't always work out. The Cardinals obviously thought Walker had some talent, but after getting to watch him up-close, they decided he shouldn't be on the team.

I never thought you were an idiot, but I couldn't see why you were so upset over not getting a "rumored late round pick" for a guy just taken in the third round at a position they needed help in.

But was my logic that outrageous? I mean, you strike gold in late round or you strike gold in the trade. I preferred going the draft route since that is the way I prefer to roll the dice.

And you have the right to your opinion. I just feel that getting a third round draft pick is better than a "rumored" late round pick. It's a crapshoot no matter which way you go, but I prefered Walker. It obviously didn't work out.

Yeah so lets all be like cheese and complain and moan! Give it a rest Cheese your constant negativity is getting tiresome to read. I come to this site to see fans discuss the team, not to read a bunch of whining and complaining from you negative assclowns.

Hey Cardinal Mike - normally we are discussing football - sorry if the Cardinals IMO have had the worst offseason I have ever seen this team have. Like it or not - a negative view of football is still a view on football - Whining and complaining - I don't think so - anyone else who watches football would see it as rational tought. Thanks for the name calling though.

And I forgot - you want to see the fans discuss the team - we discuss our deficiencies at DT, DE, WR all the time and pray for ways to improve those areas - sorrt if discussion to improve this team isn't to your liking - sorry - I don't like rooting for lsoer - and I can't believe you do also.

The only unbearable pain I've had to suffer lately is having to be sober all the time. After a while, you realize that the way you feel in the morning is the best you're gonna feel all day.

see, now thats just ridiculous cheesey. now I know you are just trolling, and trying to stir up trouble.

what don't you go root for somebody else if you don't like rooting for the cardinals? if they cause you so much angst?

your posts have become increasingly shrill over the past couple weeks and I'm sick of it. what don't you take a time out. about a month ought to be good. ok?

hey Crimson - I don't get into personal attacks on the board but man you've crossed the line calling me troll and telling me to root for someone else - again - so here it goes - screw you - I do think this is the worst offseason ever because the potential was there to do so much - and we failed so miserably that me and the rest of the sane world believes we will be the worst team in the NFL this year. That's not trolling - that's opinion. Thanks for putting words in my mouth about not enjoying rooting for the Cards though. Just cause I think they're gonna be horrible doesn't mean I don't love the team and wait every Suynday for football. You are an intolerant beast - always have been - always will be - as far as this board goes. You know you're myopia gets just as irritationg to me and other people who don't share your rosey view on this team - but you know separates us from you - we have the decency to allow you to have your opinion whereas as you tell us to get lost. From what I know - about you from the board you no nothing about football and are generally an intolerant pathetic human being. Put me on your ignore list if you don't like what I have to say or shut up already.

say someone posted that this team was going to go 11-5 and had the best offseason this team has ever had - not uncommon here from right? Imagine if this was the response:

"See, now that's just ridiculous (insert name here). Now I know you are overdoing on ecstacy and kool-aid and just trying to annoy the darksiders.

Why don't you come back to reality - you are a terrible fan who obviously has no diea what you are talking about -I mean you might as well go root for a different team.

your posts have become increasingly optimistic for no good reason lately while we have had our starting DE go down, no receivers step up to be the man, our O-line hasn't played one series of snaps together and had a trade go down the tubes in the last couple weeks and I'm sick of your ignoring of all those things. Why don't you take a time out until the season starts so you can see how bad this team is gonna be because I'm sick of your optimism, ok?"

I would get blasted off the face of the earth and for good reason - it's not because what I wrote was wrong and the Cards are going to be good but because I'm attacking someone's opinion without really talking football - Just because your opinion is positive doesn't mean you have the right to shout down others, escpecially when you don't into consdieration the football points raised in their arguments. Sorry that mine is negative - I'm sorry that I thought Chidi, Washington would have been good pick-ups. I'm sorry we have nothing to show for TJ, I'm sorry that the o-line hasn't played a down together, I'm sorry that KVB's gone for the season -and I'm sorry that ALL of those factors have me more scared of this season than before - but bottom line is this team has a hell of a lot of question marks that the people don't want to discuss and already have those question marks answered. That's not talkin about football - that's living in the clouds IMO. Excuse me for wanting the team to get better and offering my opinion. When there is god I'll scream it from the top of my lungs - as I did when we signed 4 free agents in one day or when we got BJ in camp - and when there's bad - you'll get the same - I just don't know why Crimson you can only do one -it doesn't mnake for much discussion and makes you just look intolerant.
