Wow this clueless fool clearly has watched no Cardinal football. Yes please judge the team that your team played on Thanksgiving, thats really who we are! We lucked our way into the playoffs, oh wait we locked up our division a month before the end of the season sorry. We went undefeated in our division and basically took a few weeks off so now everyone doubts us, couldn't have worked out better! This loser moron won't show his face if his iggles get their asses kicked on Sunday. Our record is better than their just because we didn't tie a game with one of the most pathetic teams in football, oh and we locked our division early and they had to fight and almost win out and needed other teams to lose to HELP them make the playoffs. Oh and Boldin will play how exactly does your team plan on stopping BOLDIN, FITZ, BREASTON, EDGE, WARNER, URBAN, HIGHTOWER and more!!!! Just guessing you don't quite have enough great DB's to cover everyone.

Despite your two playoff wins. Because your division was the weakest in football, and outside of it you played horrible.

Yes, you won two upsets.

That doesn't make people forget the rest of the year, like Thanksgiving night. I hear Zona fans making all kinds of excuses for that game.

You guys can also keep talking about Atlanta and Carolina, and never realize they are NOTHING like our D.

Good luck, because you need it.

:bigyawn:

Man, I heard that speech before. Didn't a Falcons fan tell us that ?

No wait I think it was a Panthers fan.......

But don't get me wrong, I am impressed. I have lived in the Philly area long enough that I am shocked you can put two words together, and type on the keyboard.

Thanks for the good luck.

You can't seriously believe what happened 5, 6, 8 years ago will factor this weekend. I could just as easily claim that we are on a championship game winning streak since we won our last championship game appearance. Thats weak, bro.

Well you DO have the same QB, coach and defensive coordinator.

Once you have shown a propensity to blow up in big games it doesn't all of a sudden disappear. COnversely our HC and QB seem to shine when the spolight comes on them.

I agree with you but don't you think that is one reason the Card's are getting diss'ed in the first place? The years of never making the playoff's and once we finally make it we actually kick some ass!!!

Food for thought...

Altanta and Carolina the two teams the Cards beat handily would be favoured over the Eagles, if they were travelling there this weekend.

But you aren't. Atlanta wouldn't be either.

When did Edge only have 40 yards since he has been starting again. What about the total rushing attack for both games. Phillys D is different then that last three we have faced but smack talk with being infromed falls flat.

You should have wrote that in past tense as well. Because that isnt close to being true, Not with Westbrooks bum knee and patchwork interior OL, and 1.9 yards per carry in the playoffs with no let up in sight against a D that just shut down two of the three top ranked rushing attacks in the league.

As for the top 10 passing in the regular season I am not so much worried about that when McNabbs career passer rating in the NFC Champ game is something around 60. Not worried about the choke artist beating us, Just the D.

We played top rush D teams, and that ain't you.

You didn't, by the way.

Since you love numbers so much, how about 1-4, or what your choke artists do in NFC championship games. The Iggles are almost as good a bet as the Bills or Ohio State when it comes to choking in big games.

How about never been, lol.

You could claim you are on a championship game winning streak, but you'd look like an even bigger fool. Didn't anyone explain that streaks involve more than one performance? :trout: Your 1-4 record in divisional championships does include a streak, unfortunately it isn't a winning streak.

Same cast, same story. McNabb's lunch will be all over the field, and Philly fans will be calling for Reid's head.

Eagles Quality wins:
Steelers, Giants twice, Vikings, Falcons, Cowgirls,

Your turn:

WTF?

How about I list quality wins in the REGULAR SEASON for Giants, Panthers, Falcons, Dolphins, Pats, Tennessee, and the 20 other or so teams not playing anymore....

Doesn't look like that really matters at this point anymore does it? Those teams quality win's sure as hell doesn't have them playing anymore does it?

Fact is we are playing well right now and so are you. And we have home field. So I like our chances.

We are top ten in passing.

You have the Edge get forty yards, and drool over the success. You don't have RB in Westy's class, sorry.

You had better stick to only offense talk, like you did. You don't have our D, period.

You will have no rings, and you haven't it achieved either. That's your big point? I could see that type of response from a Cowboy fan, but from the Cardinals? LOL.

you're just not too bright, are you? you want to compare players?

let's compare your WR corps to ours. i don't even need to use names.

let's compare your qb (1-3 in NFC Championship games) to ours (2-0 in NFC Championship games, including one against the eagles).

you love dawkins? meet the younger better version in A-dub

your D have 8 takeaways in the last two games? what? no? really.

you're a clown.

Doesn't AZ D have 6 sack in the playoffs?

9 picks
2 fumbles one for 6pnts

Oh wait... those were all fluke plays.. We should just remove them from the stat line... There much better.... Yeah, our D sucks!!!!

Chris I am going to break this down for you real slow like as I know Eagle fan very well....my better half is from Philly and is an Eagle fan.

You guys are not the best matchup for us. I admit that. Your blitzing defense and pass catching RB are exactly the two things that give us fits.

But I' m not worried about it and I'll tell you why in a second...but first to respond to some of your other posts....

You can say we have a bunch of excuses for Thanksgiving but an unmotivated team that travels cross country on a short week after a physical game we were REALLY ramped up for in the Giants - was destined to lose that game. We know we don't play well in cold weather. You can go look at our old threads and Donald and I were both saying there was no way in hell we would win that game. We knew a blow out was coming. If this game was in Philly it would be a whole different story.

But take away what you want from that game what you will. You can think it means everything and point to it as evidence on while you'll win. And I am hoping your coaches and players come in with that false bravado too.

But the circumstances our MUCH different. You want to tout the regular season as why we sucked but you weren't much better. If the regular season was an indication we would be playing the Giants this week. Fact is we are playing damn good ball right now and did so against two damn good teams that would have effed you up in the RS - and heres a little secret...

you think you are tough because you went to NY and won in the cold in the Meadowlands. You might find this funny but Giants stadium is NOTHING compared to Glendale. You are walking into the Lion's den on Sunday and you and your team have no clue what you are in for. This team (when motivated) doesn't really lose at home and I am guessing you they will be DAMN motivated for Sunday. Just watch. You're are eyes are going to bleed just seeing that stadium on screen. You have no idea what you are in for...That homefield in these conditions is worth 10 points

So good team at home + playing well in playoffs + rabid atmosphere + opposing QB and COACH who have a history of choking on the big stage =

LOSS FOR PHILLY.

I know Philly fan. You guys are cynical and insecure and hide it with false confidence and cheesesteak breath. Your not going to win this game and deep down you know it.

It will be just another choke job on a long list of choke jobs. We don't get to the playoffs much but when we do - we seem to win.

Sunday is no different. And you better be here to take your beating like your boys will on Sunday:thumbup:

You are right, Glendale doesn't scare anyone. It is funny. Your field suits our team to a T.

You don't have a list of joke jobs, you aren't even there yet. You are the never have beens whining about respect. You have to earn it, and you never have. Two playoffs wins aside.

Eagles Quality wins:
Steelers, Giants twice, Vikings, Falcons, Cowgirls,

Your turn:

Bills: They were undefeated and looked unstoppable until Adrian Wilson knocked Trent Edwards into next week, they never recovered.

Cowboys: Pretty sure we watered down their roster for at least one of your wins.

Atlanta: doesn't need explaining

Carolina: see above

Not to compelling of an argument there champ.

So Turner and Williams are not versatile RB's? Who was running the ball better than Carolina the last half of the season? Certainly not the Eagles.

No, they aren't. I don't think you know what versatile means. Both of these teams do almost nothing but power running plays.

Do us all a favor and just concentrate on excuses for losing, any given Sunday, the sun was in our eyes, the mean kid stole our lunch money, we're just "special".

Unfortuneately for you guys we don't crown peoples asses here based on records or stats, we still play the game, silly I know but rules are rules.

If you could write a script for us, you couldn't write a better one, don't look too closely or you might notice stuff lining up for us, it's a shame someone has to lose, ok it's not, I'll be happy if it's the Eagles.

Us getting the Cardinals, is stuff lining up for us. Like I said, you play right into our strengths. You can't say the same and be honest.

Somehow our two playoff wins don't garner respect, yet you think the Eagles choke-filled playoff history does?

Bro you run your mouth but you don't know what you are talking about.

We have lost 4 total games there in two seasons under Wisenhunt. The losses this year were to a NY team who was playing lights out at the time (stopped your rebuttal there didn't I? - momentum is EVERYTHING in the NFL) and the other was to a Minny team playing for their lives and us sitting fat and happy after clinching the division.

Basically it takes a super effort to come in here and beat us when we are motivated - and will be motivated on Satruday to be sure. We have the most underated home field advantage in the NFL.

Won't be that way anymore after Sunday. I was at the game two weeks ago against ATL. You have no idea what is coming....

Get real. If the Atlanta had beat both the Cards and the Panthers they'd get the (3) at home.

I honestly don't think so, after the way we have been playing and coming off of a Giants win, them with a rookie QB, a team we already beat. It would have been, so what they beat the Cardinals last round. You know that's true.
