The whole offense played well. It makes the QB's life a lot easier when he gets time and the WRs aren't droping passes that should be caught.

Leinart lovers........just because someone wants Leinart to do well when Warner stinks up the joint (last week) that doesn`t make that person a Leinart lover.I think most would be simply called AZ Cardinals fans.:)

For myself i have been a fan sice Charlie Johnson to Sonny Randle and i will be a fan if Arnie Quackenbush is the QB throwing to arnold Ziffel.
 I heard that Ziffel has a good bubble!

Yum, Yum!

That crow sure tastes good!

:D

I'm eating my crow, but my dear friend you are due about 5 to 6 portions for some of the things you said last week. Not sure who said 100% done?

Glad the sky isn't falling after all.Even in that kind of heat where the young chickens were falling and needing IV's .The old Rooster was still clucking along.Adding to the record book while he was at it.:D

THe man has still got it against a banged up Jag squad. I will let up after game 3 at home.

GBR
40

Certainly you are kidding right? In that heat & humidity at Warners OLD decrepped age?I saw young kids having to go get IV's.I never saw Kurt hooked up to the AC once.

I saw the future today and the future is NOW!!!!sorry.:D

Wow, I didn't really pay attention to the date of when Vinnie set the mark. I remember that game and it doesn't seem very long ago. 16 years that record held up. Kind of hard to believe Brees, Manning, Brady...somebody hadn't broken it in this pass happy league.

I was definitely worried about Warner after last weeks showing, but that is no longer the case! Hell of a game by Warner!

I think that's the reason it wasn't broken. when you throw it 40 times a game, you aren't about to break any percentage records no matter how good you are.

It was one great game after one lousy game.

He didn't do that week one and now we're behind the 8 ball with a resurgent division foe.

No one said he was done, just that last week was intolerable and it was.

Let's see if he can do what he did today or something like it again, that's the Warner we paid the money for.

I did notice something in what he said, the announcers said today that there was pain but it didn't affect his throwing, they were talking about his hip before in the conversation, they never really specified but that was the genesis of the conversation so who knows.

Point being now he says he has pain, last week he was pain free, so which is it?

Outstanding game by Kurt today...this was good Kurt...glad to see he hasn't vacated the building. We'd have beaten SF by a ton with this Kurt.

I think it would be tough for "good Kurt" to show up for 4 quarters every week without Breaston and with Boldin slowed. Eventually, a bad matchup is going to push he and the offense into a less than stellar game.

The way you have written it, it's like Warner shows up one week and not the next and I don't think that's the case here.

Today's game supports the idea that Warner had to knock some rust off because ever since the interception intended for Boldin half way through the 2nd quarter last week, Warner has looked pretty good:

41/51 80.4% 433YDS 3TD 0INT 121.7 rating

If he stumbles next week then let's re-visit the Jekyll/Hyde conversation. As of right now, he's stringing together some really good football. Very much looking like he did during the playoff run last year.

ESPN has KW's QB rating for this game at 131.2. I forget what a perfect rating is but that's very close.

First off MANY,MANY said Kurt was DONE,just like Jimmy Johnson said to stick a fork in the CARDINALS and he had to eat crow on tv with the fork they kept passing him in between breaks.

Second for your money Kurts shoulder is what he is having pain in.Thats why he went to the coach and said he could bring Leinart in anytime he wanted now due to his shoulder. The coach new about the shoulder hurting all week.I have'nt heard of any information about what is hurt(No MRI results). But I think we can put to rest anymore of the RUMORS of the hip that has been thrown around unjustly.

The same guy did Kurts hip that did the most expensive player in baseball todays hip a month earlier.I think he's doing alright also.So please get over it already.Unless Kurt says something about it in public. The last thing he said was he has more mobility and Flexability it only bothers him when he is just standing still.Which does'nt happen too much in football.

Could you be a bigger Kurt Warner fan?:D

Yes Kurt Warner is now the 7th rated qb in the league with a 95.6 rating with Tom Brady at 70.something %.See what happens when you lose one of your #3 starting guys?

Take away Brady's Welker and it was like Kryptonite. The same goes for Breaston for Kurt Warner. We don't have any team speed at WR without him.We can't stretch the field both ways like we can with our true speed guy playing. So glad he has hands too.

I expect under the pressure of Sunday Nights game Kurt will Shine like a diamond next week.If he's got some sort of protectoin from Freeny on his backside.Maybe we can add some extra help in protection? I wish we would.Freeny is just too fast for Gandy.Just like that nightmare DE from the steelers.Actually both Steeler DE's are pretty fast. One is just meaner.

Last week was intolerable for the entire team not just Kurt Warner. Oline played much better, coach called a much better scripted gameplan early and Kurt was on target this week with a healthy wr corp. You just need to eat your crow and get ready for the beat down we put on the Colts next week. Looks like Haley is getting beat up by the media as well so all in all glad he is gone from here.
