It looks like Holmes is out tonight.

While trying to be a Point Guard or playing his natural (and experienced) position as the Shooting Guard on offense and defense?

I didn't see the play. What was the sequence?

Seriously - you admit you didn't see the play and assume it was because he was playing pg. Playing PG has NOTHING to do with getting injured. Show me the proof PG's are more injured than other positions.

No - actually he was trying to play defense on a fastbreak and drew a charge. He should be complimented for his improved defensive effort.

There’s no comparison with Booker getting injured and playing the point. I think the injury occurred while taking a charge. Maybe leadership should not have him play defense in fear of further injuries.

Welcome aboard, I'm a fan of your initial post and hope to see more from you in the future.

No, I didn't assume. I asked the question. Although, I must admit, I slanted my question.

Thanks for your response.

Actually you did assume. You already made the claim his injury had to do with playing PG, or rather playing out position.

This was your first post about the injury and you didn't ask about it until you were called out for making this post.

Another Devin Booker injury.

Hey, why don't we tell him that, in addition to having to be our best Shooting Guard and our best Point Guard, he needs to start pulling down 8-10 rebounds and be our best Power Forward as well?

Damn! He'll be in traction by the end of the season. :(

Suns leadership can't see beyond the end of their collective noses. As I've posted before, the Suns have become the Sears/KMart Corp. of the NBA.

That got Chap to mention he was injured because he was run over on the court, and that's when you asked more about it, in an admittedly loaded way.

Absolutely. It was a great open court basketball play. Something he wouldn’t have done last year or hell, a month ago.

Melton’s the best player on the court so far for the Suns.

Tied at 41.

Oubre playing with good energy. Bender was actually pretty good too.

This team is frustrating as hell. The good thing is that pretty much every game now there are sections or players that make me optimistic for the future. They just need to get those all ticking at once consistently.

Ever since the Ariza trade they've been a lot more fun to watch - win or lose

The Suns need to keep it close before the half.

In spite of the score I like the way the Suns are attacking the rim and getting to the line.
