How long before we turn to hoping for playoffs instead of the 1st pick? We are almost 25 games in and it doesn't look like we're going away.

About two games ago.

That said, I am now convinced that the star level player best suited for this team would be Kevin Love. I did not think so earlier. But now, the team flow and chemistry has to be maintained. Love brings the same type of skills that Frye does, just at a much higher level. He can stretch the floor, is crafty under the hoop, and of course is a much better rebounder. The only weakness in his game is his interior defense, but Plumlee is a help in that area. IMO Love would improve this team without changing it drastically.

The Suns are #6 in the West and would be #3 in the East.

I'm already thinking playoffs. At this point there's no reason to think that they'll fall apart and get a top 5 pick. May as well pull for some much needed "playoff experience" and be happy that this team is rebuilding a LOT faster than anyone thought.

If Minny is even thinking about trading Love (why?), the Suns are going to lose either Dragic or Bledsoe, some role players, and multiple draft picks. That'd be a pretty big change. Even then I'm not sure it'd be enough unless Love is vocal about wanting to leave.

Not saying I'm against it though. Love would fit this team perfectly.

Yep. Frye, a Morris (not both), Archie, maybe three picks. But I am not sure Minny is even thinking about trading Love.
