Vikings are 6-2 and the coach is on the hot seat?

4: the Texans look to be in the playoffs and look dangerous. Hard to see a change there

6: Vikings have righted the ship. Cousins could have pulled the whole thing down if he had not started playing better.

Dolphins could one/done Flores

Flores isn’t going anywhere. The only way the Dolphins franchise could look worse after this disastrous season would be firing the coach who was given zero shot of even being competitive. Nobody worth a #@$& would even interview for that opening.

Quinn is gone for sure.

Dan Quinn will be first to get the axe, haven't a clue about his GM.

Jay Gruden - Redskins (the problem is the owner)

Adam Gase - Jets

Freddie Kitchens - Browns (clueless impatient owner)

Zac Taylor - Bengals (under the radar disaster in progress)

Anthony Lynn - Chargers (firing coordinators mid-season usually ends poorly)

I agree on all but Gruden. Hard to get fired while being unemployed.

To keep Flores is to keep the stink of losing.

Gruden already fired.

Taylor, maybe, but I don't see Bengals firing him after 1 year...they are cheap and are moving on from Dalton. He will get another year, at least, with Finley or whatever QB they draft this year.

Gase will get another year, depending on how Jets play for rest of year.

Lynn is having 1st bad season...he's probably safe, especially if they decide to move on from Rivers.

Before waiting an extra season to get rid of Vance Joseph, I would think there was no way Fangio gets fired, but I think Elway has no issues churning coaches and quarterbacks until he finds what he wants.

How about the Cowboys and JC Jason Garrett. He won't be fired during the season but is on a short leash with Jerry Jones especially if they do't make the playoffs.

Vance Joseph’s seat might be getting warm.
at least it should slowly heat up.

For the rest

Fangio will get the x because Elway is ... Elway

Kitchens will get the x if he doesn't start winning and if he loses to us he is maybe gone before end of season because Browns are Browns

BA could get on the hot seat, since his GM Licht is getting on the hot seat and a new GM will probably bring in a new HC

Garrett will be on the hot seat if he isn't in the playoffs but I don't think they fire him but he will be on notice

Ron Rivera will probalby miss the playoffs with the backup QB by 1 or 2 wins and the New ownership won't touch him

Bill O'Brien could get exed if he misses the playoffs and the Colts are hot

Doug Marrone Jaguars stays he is 4-4 and not in trouble at the moment, could change but by losing his QB he should be safe

Mike Vrabel and the Titans will stay, maybe if he has a bad outing in the next 8 games but for now I don't see any change.

Zach Taylor has not one win now and after what they had before a more or less .500 team now having the worst team in the nfl challenged only by the dolphins ... this might not sit right with the Beangles that wanted finally something more. with BAL,OAK,PIT,NYJ,CLE,NE,MIA,CLE as schedule, if he can't win at least 3 games he will be gone.

The Giants are another hot candidate

And why southpaw put zimmer on that list is beyond me, he has a winning record has them on place 1 of the wild card with seattle at 2 and LA rams at 3

You're kidding yourself if you think Flores doesnt stink too.

Any time a team indirectly admits they are in an extensive rebuild, the HC doesnt last long.

I’m not defending Flores but he’s not getting fired. They’ve traded away every asset and been openly tanking since pre season. Who’s interviewing for that job that’s not desperate for another opportunity?

They might win against the Jets today... if they do, they are better than anticipated and could tank for ... nothing.

Gase and Darnold are as bad of a coach/qb combo as any team in the league.

Gase is as bad as Wilks and that is league low. Only Cinci is now between the Jets and the #1 pick
Does Gase have the stones to draft another QB #1, though? Does he believe in Darnold?

I personally think Gase might get canned tomorrow.

What has he really ever done? His offenses are as stale as a 3 day old donut

Gase will probably last the season. But, WTF were the Jets thinking in hiring such a douchebag. With his personality alone, I would barely be interested in him as an OC. If he gets another NFL gig (no guarantees he will), it'll be as a positional coach as far away from a franchise QB as possible.

Gase and Kitchens both look like they could be close to heading out the door. I don't like Flores, but the team isn't under-performing in relation to their talent.
