Was at the game. IMHO, this was the most explosive and pure FAST Ellington has looked since the first few weeks of his rookie season. I thought CJ was fast - and he showed some flashes of his speed today, but damn, Andre looked significantly faster. It was like he was playing at an entirely different speed than everyone else on the field.
Hope this isn't serious. But gotta say, between CJ, DJ, Taylor and perhaps Berwyn, I feel ok about things...

FWIW - Andre Ellington was walking without a limp in the locker room after the game and gave me a thumbs up.

We'll be just fine with Johnson & Johnson. I have yet to understand why BA is so enamored with Ellington.

I read this on the ESPN site, " Arians said Ellington appeared to have a posterior cruciate ligament injury, although further tests are planned."

Ellington was explosive today, and his loss will hurt the team. His speed and burst were awesome. Luckily, if it comes to it, they have a half- season IR nowadays.

****!!!!!!!

I hate this team. DONE FOR YEAR. (I Think)

Nothing to worry about. Yes if he is done for the year, he will be missed, but we have CJ and DJ. I don't think we will be hurting at RB. They will even bring up Williams, so either way, we are going to be ok. Don't start thinking the sky is falling.

True. Not being a PITA, but aren't you or your wife a doctor?

Wife is a doc, but sports injuries isn't her strength. When I told her about Scooby's torn meniscus, she wrote him off for the season, but he'll be back in 2-3 weeks.

My nephew works for a knee dr, says PCLs do not require surgery 95% of the time, if its totally torn about 6 weeks to heal. Not saying he's an expert or anything, just passing it on

Sorry but I'm pretty sure that's not true. Imo he's out at least 1/2 the year or longer depending on the severity.

In 2007, Andre Johnson tore his PCL and was out 7 weeks, if that gives you any perspective.

Ellington will probably go on short-term IR
