Can anyone actually HEAR that?! Cardinals continue to post video with super low audio levels. I can't even tell what he's saying if i put my ear to the speaker on my laptop.

49ers injury report is a mile long & 3 best oline starters got real chance of sitting out. If that happens & Cards still lose, bring out the 0 -16 banners.
Not that I disagree with the overall thrust of your post, but:

We do have an at-home contest vs. SF a few weeks later. That may knock us out of the winless column if the first Niner game doesn't.

There is more than one reason, so much yardage comes from outside:

- RBs shaking off tacklers after initial contact (i.e. our 1st tacklers seldom bring down the ball-carrier with their initial hit)

- Pursuing tacklers outrun to the edge by quicker RB's

- Could simply be that our defenses emphasize clogging the middle and as a consequence, open up the outside.

It isn't just one thing or one player. Problem has to be attacked as a major all-encompassing problem. Whatever we're doing, it ain't working.

Hey, maybe we'll win them both?

Reminds me of 2004, the year I arrived in Phoenix. Niners go 2-14, both wins over the even-more-hapless Cards. Good times! Time for a role reversal.

Trivia: Andy Lee, 49er punter, was a rookie out of Pittsburgh that year, just like Fitz. I hadn't realized they played in college together.

I think we'll be in the game and close to a victory...but coaches will lose it for us in the 4th quarter simply because they like to punt more than score points. Until I see otherwise from this staff...I don't believe we'll win a game this year.

They like to punt more than score points. Is depressing but true.

I dont know about you guys but I'm really looking forward to the game tomorrow!

I wanna see more Rosen and if this coaching staff is able to evolve.

Anyways, just thought it was funny, we're 0-4 and I doubt we'll win even without Jimmy for SF, but I'm pumped to watch the game.
