There is so much wrong in here.

No one is demanding or expecting "big name moves" so I don't understand who you are commenting to.

My list wasn't cherry picked...I literally went down team by team. I highlighted good signings just like you highlighted high dollar signings. Did I list some random guy for 1yr at 3 mil who didn't work out? No. Why would I? That is not impactful nor detrimental.

FA is a financial risk. Jordan Phillips was a terrible signing for AZ and then a good signing for Buffalo. The player and his talent didn't change. His contract and expectations did. Jordan Hicks was cut by AZ but was a good signing for Minnesota. Same thing. Overpriced in his final year in AZ and yet still a valuable NFL player. The talent is the talent. You even admit this when you say a player was good for one team and bad for another. The player is the same player. It is the contract, role and expectations that have changed (coaching as well).

I also laugh at your last statement. So many more risks with college players than NFL FAs. The difference is they just don't cost that much.

The talent is only part of the equation. If it wasn't then every FA would work out for their new team.

Yes, paying Brown 15 mil + on a multi year deal would be a mistake. Where have you seen that being projected?

On any year deal, even one.

Spotrac has his value at $14.8m per. Kirk signed for the Jags 2 years ago for $18m per with similar stats.

OBJ signed for $15m last year and he hasn't had a season over 537 yards since 2019.

I think it's unrealistic to expect he will get paid less than $15m. Which even last season would see him in WR19 territory.

The only caveat with Brown is him coming off a season mostly playing with Dobbs and whether than might affect his value.

This is a fallacy. It presents a world where there are only top end FA signings and bottom end FA signings. In reality, there is a whole group of players in between.

Let's look at 2022.

James Conner - 3yrs, 21 mil. Good signing.
Cordarelle Paterson - 2yrs, 10.5 mil, Good signing.
Marcus Williams - 5yrs, 70 mil. Good signing.
Jordan Phillips - 1yr, 5mil. good signing.
ted Karras - 3ys, 18mil. good signing.
Alex Cappa - 4yrs, 40 mil. good signing.
BJ Hill - 3ys, 30 mil. Good signing.
Malik hooker - 2yrs, 8 mil. good signing.
Alex Anzalone - 1yrs, 2.25 mil. Good.
DeVondre Campbell - 5yrs, 50 mil. Good.
Maliek Collins - 2yrs, 17 mil. Good.
Zay Jones - 3rs, 21 mil. good.
Foye Oluokun - 3ys, 45 mil. good.
Justin Reid. good
Greald Everett. Good.
Brian Allen. good.
Notebloom. good.
Mostert. Good.
Conner Williams. Good.
harrison Phillips. good.
Jordan Hicks. good.

That is just going through Arizona to Minnesota. There are so many options to add talent, even if it isn't one of the 8 largest contracts. The risk is only what you make it.
did someone get Jordan Hicks for free?

Jordan Hicks was a great signing for Minnesota at the time. De'Vondre Campbell was a killer signing for the Packers after Keim decided to draft off-ball linebackers in the first round forever.

Can't attack the team when you're in bed with them! State TV gives us such incredible journalism!
Hey, disgruntled former employee Kyle, "serious allegations over the past 12 months" is different than serious allegations 12 months ago from disgruntled employees and not much since.

Since when is Kyle disgruntled? I think many fans would like answers to these questions, which you're just not going to get with 98.7 asking the questions.

Kyle Odegard is Mike Jurecki with a cool gambling website
Instead of dismissing it as a Odegard hit piece, do you care to address the actual content?

Here is a quick reminder of the top storylines:
  • The Cardinals finished second-to-last in a survey conducted by the NFL Players Association, receiving failing grades in several categories for the state of the facilities and the treatment of players and their families
  • Bidwill was accused by ex-Cardinals executive Terry McDonough of gross misconduct and discrimination, including poor treatment of two pregnant women staffers and “an environment of fear for minority employees”
  • McDonough also accused Bidwill and other top-level employees of instituting a burner phone scheme to contact Steve Keim, the ex-GM who was prohibited from speaking with the organization during his DUI suspension in 2018
  • The Athletic and ESPN investigated the Cardinals’ workplace culture in the wake of McDonough’s allegations, and reported examples of the mistreatment of women by Bidwill
As Bidwill has pretty much addressed none of the above, do you think that he shouldn't be asked?

I was alive when that all came to light a year ago. Could Kyle ask the questions himselves? Terry McDonough is Keim's drinking buddy amirite? The pregnant women thing is very concerning obviously. Would love to hear more about he amends letter Terry M wrote to Mike Bidwill allegedly.

Everyone can be right and wrong at the same time.

Michael has addressed the concerns through his representation each time they came out. If asked by Arizona Sports, he'd likely get huffy and say that he's already addressed this and will refer them back to his statement(s).

Arizona Sports is not a real journalistic enterprise. They're looking to fill dead time between seasons with their smooth-brained "Newsmakers Week." No one needs to show up to this thing; if they ask hard questions or push at all, no one will. Then they're doing 2020 NFL Redrafts for four hours a day.

Kyle is trying to establish himself as the best independent beat writer on the Arizona Cardinals; it costs him nothing to burn down the dopes at AZSports who he probably hated because Calvisi and Wolfley are unserious people (who also know and thrive at the game).

Wait, is Kyle askig why Paul Calvisi and Ron Wolfley are not Bob Costas/Woodward and Berstein? That is not serious either. Come on now.
