Different format this week. PFRs snap counts weren't up so going to use this one.
Big RB distribution. Conner 48% and then Benson really subbed for him getting 28%. Emari getting some 2 minute and pass down work 24%.
WRs with low usage due to script. Wilson and MHJ both around 70%.
90% 50% 43% is why the WRs got very little work. McBride, Reiman, and Higg. Again, this is what a dominant win probably looks like consistently moving forward.
Apparently no offensive line...I will see if I can find that.
Yes. And nice to see it in a victory.Nice to see Conner get a relative breather after running him like a rented mule of late.
Verse is killing it with pressures but hasn't been able to convert them. That should change.Interesting they have Collier listed at edge. Xavier with the second most snaps and an increase over last week. If we trade for someone, that will go down. But we seems to make the most of his snaps. Hopefully the light is coming in.
I made a joke last night he'd end up leading all rookies in sacks by the end of the season with the leader only having 2.5 sacks. The leader could win with 5. What a poor draft for edge!
I'm becoming less and less excited about pressures when I learned how pressures are tracked now. The NFL has chips on each player and a "pressure" is registered when a QB is 2.5 yards away from a defender. So it's not too reliable, though it does mean that a defender is often getting close to the QBVerse is killing it with pressures but hasn't been able to convert them. That should change.
Still fine for me. I want tight pockets and QBs feeling rushed. Sacks are the cherry on top. I look at the pressures rankings and it looks like it is highlighting players correctly.I'm becoming less and less excited about pressures when I learned how pressures are tracked now. Almost only counts in horseshoes and handgrenades.I'm becoming less and less excited about pressures when I learned how pressures are tracked now. But here is a scenario where the stat becomes more junky....let's say a QB rolls out and is now 2.5 yards away from Verse. That would register as a "pressure" when it's not.Still fine for me. Agreed, he looks great.Garrett Williams is looking like a damn stud out there.
he jumped an underneath throw in the first half ( NOT the throw to Keenan Allen) that looked like it was going to be a pick six, but the ball was just a tad too insideGarrett Williams is looking like a damn stud out there.
