Hell, if we're going PA (a good choice, IMO), then I'll have a large stadium bucket of Quaker Steak and Lube Arizona Ranch Hotwings, a sixer of the Rock, and a side of saurekraut. Welcome, Birdie.

Really? Are you from the area or do you just fly in for business/pleasure/both?

I'm going to grad school now down in Virginny (I'm being silly-learning to be a Shakespearean), so I have to settle for buying the wing sauce and making my own wings. It just ain't the same :( lol

I hear ya on the wings!
Shakespearean - very cool, it sounds like fun!

I'm going to Ohio to visit family - that's where I grew up...literally 5 minutes from the PA Border so Quaker Steak and Lube was a little over 20 min. drive.

How about you - just there for school?

Good Luck with school and the wings!

Eh, who knows how long I'll end up in Staunton. We have the world's only re-creation of Shakespeare's Blackfriar's Theater, so our program's growing in leaps and bounds.

Actually, I grew up right near Quaker Steak as well...New Castle PA, in fact. I'm going to wager a guess...hmm, Youngstown, would it be? Boardman, maybe? Let me know if I'm getting warm ;)

DIET :
My diet is actually fairly simple. I stay away from carbs after 8pm or so. And as far as Carbs go, I eat a limited amount, usually from mostly potatoes, oatmeal, and pancakes. I try to eat 250 grams of protein a day. About 60% of my protein intake comes from supplements. I like Isopure Meal Replacements, and Protein Powder. Nitro Tech is good as well. I also eat protein bars from LeanBody. Most of the protein I eat from food I get out of egg whites, steak, fish, chicken, milk, and cottage cheese. Sushi I eat around 3 times a week. If i have a sugar tooth, I likeice cream. It is hard to eat good on the road, but you can do it. There is no excuse to eat junk!!!!!

HAVE FUN! you lose weight, get strong fast.

btw, welcome aboard birdie, I don't know how long ago you joined. However, I need a break, haven't touched a computer in a few weeks! Glad to hear the Dennie Green hopped on board too, I missed that while going through Cali, Oregon and Washington.

After checking out the post your pic thread I now think you may be the only person in ASFN history to receive your lunch order.

We haven't been to the dog park in a couple of weeks...so that sounds like a good plan. Weekends usually work out pretty well!

Steubenville is near Columbus, I think...right?
It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive from where my family is - I think....

I did live in Columbus for a bit though...Go Buckeyes!

Do you guys go back to visit often?

Steubenville is about 45 minutes west of Pittsburgh.

We grew up in Erie (PA) and get back about 1 time every two or three years.

Kim & I have 2 kids now - 4 & 2 years old - so travelling isn't as easy as it once was.

That's right...I remeber talking about this...Steubenville, PA not Steubenville, OH.

Gotcha.
