Yeah, seriously. All the whining little baby "wah wah, we have no chance" sentiments are so sad. Do the Lambs look a better team? Absolutely. Will it be an extremely difficult game to win? Sure. Do we have zero chance? That's just a stupid, stupid take. Jacksonville is light years behind us, yet they had a chance. Didn't beat us, but they certainly had a chance. I’m not hopeful for this one. First, the Cardinals have too many injuries on both sides of the ball going into the game. On offense, the team needs a healthy Hopkins to win, no question. And, on defense, what happened to the aggressive pass rush that was on display against Tennessee. I’d dearly love a win, but I don’t think its happening.

Has Kliff ever won against McVay? Its still seems the Cards bought a cheaper model of McVay as a coach. After the Wilks fiasco Bidwill was like I want that same model just a cheaper version.
I get it we want that offense too but McVay has a more fiery, no nonsense, accountability type while Kliff is like a whatever approach.
McVay: QB throws stupid interceptions, gets sent to Detroit purgatory. Even got rid of Wade Philips because he wasn't good enough
Kliff: Oh well, hang in there, we've got to clean up, learn from this, etc.

Over the past three seasons, McVay hasn't had to deal with a massive cleanup/turnover in his roster; he's been tweaking and hopefully improving his lineup. We are simply at different stages of growth.

I know there's other threads, but... I'm so hyped. A lot will be made of Brady returning to Foxboro, but our tilt versus the Rams is probably the best matchup of week four, and I think we'll win it.

We'll be more energized than we've been in years. Kyler will probably be more dialed in than he has ever been. Is there any way we don't approach our strongest opponents, in the best division in football, for the best record, without everything we have?

Your confidence is surprising. I’ll be happy if we are competitive and come out injury free.
A lot of times it’s not who you’re playing but when you’re playing them.
The Rams are at the top of their game right now and that doesn’t bode well for us. We may be better than we’ve actually played but we certainly are not totally dialed in.
That being said the Rams defense has not been totally impenetrable. We will have to score 35 points to have a chance to win this game and that may not be enough.

The Bucs are a good team. Super bowl contenders that just got whooped by the rams.

That game has nothing to do with how we play the Rams next week. Oh we have a shot, meaning we have enough talent to stick around, but we would have to have a game plan which is totally different than what we are doing now which McVay and staff have not seen. We would have to somehow become a running team and I am not talking Kyler. Yeah, sort of like Rocky not being a southpaw till the final minutes for the win. We would have to lean on the likes of Connor on this one and this defense is going to have to pressure Stafford who is still the same guy when he starts getting hit

Do what you do best and running the ball is not what we do best. We NEED TO ATTACK. If we play careful we will get blown out. Throw the ball and get a lead THEN run the ball.

If they get us in 3rd and long we put Kyler in a bit of danger. Make THEM stop Hopkins, Green, Kirk, Moore and Edmonds. Getting stuffed on 1st down is not a good idea.

Give me 5-6 yards on 1st down. Second and long is not where you want to be against this defense.

The Bucs were without Pierre-Paul, which hurt them a ton. If you don’t pressure & hit Stafford, he’ll hurt you. I’m hoping we’ll see the return of Phillips & Gardeck. We absolutely must get to Stafford or we’ll need 30+ points to even have a chance. This is the game that will tell us how important it was to pick up Hudson. We don’t need him to be dominant, because NO ONE dominates Donald, but we can’t have him sitting on Kyler‘s lap every other play. Because that’s what has happened the last 3 years.

Stafford has always been a very good QB. If you think otherwise you are the one that wasn't really paying attention.

Media narrative does give the QB WAY more credit and blame than they deserve, but knowledgable fans know the best QB in the world can't win with a bad supporting cast.
