I know Thomas Jones did not light the world on fire here...

But would that prevent you from taking a chance on his brother Julius Jones from ND???

Just Curious what opinions are out there....what are your opinions and why???

I think if he is available 3rd round or later to us we should take a chance with him.....upside could be huge with him.... he was regarded as better than Thomas....

JJ came on strong at the end of the season for ND but I don't see anything in him that I didn't see in Thomas. Also, I think with the bad blood between TJ and the Cards the chances of the Cards taking his brother are slim to none.

We need 2 corners, playmaking WR and a big dawg DT before we worry about RB.

Julian Jones is OK. So are a lot of other RB's (For example, how'd you like to have the little dude from Kansas-State returning punts and catching out of the backfield on 3rd downs?)

I think Jones is one of those guys you fit somewhere on your Board, and if his name comes up at an opportune time, you take him.

But I don't think he's good enough or important enough to our needs for us to target him in any special way.

Rosie is just a Notre Dame homer.

Disregard any posts where he talks up Notre Dame players. :p

If I'm looking at a back later in the draft, I would look at Cedric Cobbs from Arkansas. Other than injury problems, the guy has franchise back type talent.

What about Houston from the Vols. Early in the year he was looking good but I think injuries might have sidelined him.
