What Have I Got Against Murray?

Murray did better than Mayfield, across the board, when you compare their back to back Heisman seasons. Sure, Murray might bust. Every single pick might bust. But these concerns mean little to me. We have actual data now. Mayfield did very well for a rookie. And, he wasn't as great as Murray.

Mayfield seems more accurate throwing into the interior of the field which is more expected of a QB as a pro. Not saying Murray cannot but he has not shown he can in relation to Mayfield. I will say something which many might not accept, I think Murray not only has a quicker release but a stronger arm

And the stats tell me that Haskins with a weaker O-line and facing tougher defences threw for 50 TDs.

You could well be correct. Or not. From day 1 of draft talk this year i decided to not be some blowhard know it all. I haven't enjoyed this year's talk much at all. Which is why my appearances in these threads have been very rare this year. I haven't even started a thread on my favorite prospect which I think i havent done since 1998. Last year I started one thread on Christian Kirk. Almost miraculously we drafted him and he did decent.

Maybe I am just quitting draft debate on a high note.
