How did Denver get in? They were Tebowing a few months ago.

Because Elway realized he had a running back playing quarterback most of the 2011 season.

Using my logic (based upon the reported interests of PM), I would say Arizona. I don't really understand why he would pick Denver. However, since I don't know him, who knows?

I don't either, but my gut says he signs w/ Elway in Denver. Hopefully, it is paradoxical intent, but who knows....

Same here. I think the Cards are, by far, the best fit for Peyton, but the silence coming out of Cardinal camp today is deafening.

I don't get the Elway attraction, if there is any. Elway the executive seems like a complete tool.

Elway refused to even play for the Colts coming out of College; Peyton's rookie year he had just as bad a team as Elway (had he joined the then Baltimore Colts) and look what he's done. I don't even comprehend how Peyton could respect that at all.

I understand why Denver would have interest in Peyton, but do not understand why Peyton would want to go there. Colder weather, no dome...and he'd unseat crowd favorite Tim Tebow, the guy Elway just recently got behind as "his guy." Also - Who would he be throwing to?

Also - Peyton would always be in the shadow of Elway in Denver...

Given that his brother did pretty much the same thing with San Diego I doubt that this will have any bearing on Peyton's decision.

I think its a toss up between Denver and Arizona. I think both offer a lot. I feel we offer more because of his relationship with some of our coaches. Fitzgerald is as good as it gets. 49ers only speed bump in division. Dome. Pass happy coach.

I feel whiz & Fitz are some of the more genuinely nice guys, and that fits Peytons personality perfectly.

I had a really good feeling about this since Jan up until a few hours ago. For the first time since this all started I'm really starting to feel like the Cards won't get him...despite what Gambo says. I suspect by noon ET tomorrow we will have a pretty good idea one way or the other.

You know I agree with you but I don't know why for sure. Just don't believe it is going to happen.

I suspect it's the path of least resistance to the SB plus Denver has the room to bring in some guys he's comfortable with and he has a good relationship with Elway.

I think he will go to Denver. He favors playing in the AFC and they have so much cap space that they can give him a good contract and bring many free agents like Wayne and others. Cards have a cap space problem. However, we gave our best shot, hard to criticize the Cards mgmt. team.

I voted for Denver. I just think it is the only option for a Tebow exit that won't piss off the fans. Stays in the AFC and an easy road to a division win.

Manning would be a great Kolb exit, but I think it is going to be the Broncos. Any talk of Miami or Houston or Tennessee is a smokescreen.

Agreed our cap space issues aren't going to help us one bit.

Peyton will be a Dolphin.

Kolb is our future.

You are dead to me!

:)

Playing in AZ makes the most sense. A veteran QB has already taken this franchise to the big dance. We have a facility that is capable of being closed (and, ala Kurt, if Peyton wants the roof closed, then close the roof ... no lip from you, BIM!). We have #11, who can catch ANYTHING you throw in his general vicinity.

All signs point to AZ ... at least I hope they do!
