What was the gameplan exactly?

While I would prefer to lose I think there is a fine line in which you do not want to lose in such a way that it humiliates a team. I think we may have crossed that line. Given Green Bays player such a positive feeling that it will carry over and the same with the sick feeling our players will have.

Its 2 pretty clear choices and Whiz picked neither. Start all second string and score doesnt matter.

Start first stringers and play to win.

We did neither.

We started first and second stringers (Saw Hayes playing in the 4th and he has a bad back!) and got taken behind the woodshed.

Would not surprise me to see the same next week just based on the psyche of the two teams afterwards.

Tony dungy liked the way whiz handled the game plan and stated it will give us an advantage next week. That dingy is a pretty bright dude.

Yep see my post under Whis is a feeb.

I rarely question the coach but this was just sad.

So I guess Andy Reid got it even more wrong today?

At least we had the excuse that our game was meaningless (unless it comes down to us and Dallas for the NFC Championship). The Eagles didn't.

I thought we used the same game plan that we used when we played GB in the pre-season.

I dont question whis at all. One play right in the beginning stood out to me when DRC stopped a WR on a play. He kinda held on to him and let everone else come to tackle. After I saw that I knew what the plan was. And I agreed with it. I would have liked our starters out sooner. But this is a game that it makes sense to play them.

As for the pychi of the team and the Packers. Well they think they just won the super bowl. They acted very much like a team that felt accomplished. The fans were even worse. This only plays to our advantage. I seriously think we saw a team playing 50% and that set a bar. Next week when we see the PLAYOFF CARDINALS the pack is not going to know what hit them.
