Along with a bunch of others, I was/am hoping Washington would be back on the Cards. I can't be hypocritical and say no to Harvey even though I wouldn't like it on the surface.
I know there comes a time when you have to draw a line, and maybe Hardy is it, but the NFL is full of bad guys and, in the end, it's not a church team they're throwing out there.
Iirc, back in the day, there were some wanting us to sign Leonard Little and what he did was much worse because he actually killed someone.
Just go back to last year and Johnathon Dwyer. I think if he would have been brought back and had a Chris Johnson type effect, he would have been cheered wildly by most fans.
It's a tough situation because you want your team to win and have all "good" guys but that's just not very realistic. All we have do is refer to the Rod Grave/Dave McGinnis days where the Cards had a bunch of try hard, nice guys but also won 3-5 games every year.
I will say this year's Cards team seems to be about as good a combo as you can get in having good guys that are very good players. Keim and company deserves a lot of credit for that. Still, on the surface, Dwyer was supposedly a great guy and his arrest surprised everyone so you never really know what is going on behind the scenes.
