I agree with it being a disaster if he moves up. That's probably #1.

The worst thing he could do outside of that is abandoning the running game, and ignoring spots where we have gaping roster voids in 2022.

its happened

in 2003 the Vikings let the clock run out --- Jax hustled to the podium and took Byron Leftwich, Carolina ran to the podium and took Jordan Gross before the Vikes could. The Vikings finally got their pick in and ended up with Kevin Williams, DT out of Ok St.

ironically - the Vikes probably got the best player

so maybe Keim should just let the clock go...
