After suffering their first SEC series' loss of the season, the Alabama Crimson Tide's latest ranking has now been revealed in the latest USA TODAY Sports College Baseball Coaches Poll.

Released on Monday, March 24, the Crimson Tide rose only one spot in the latest update, now sitting as the No. 11 ranked team nationally. Ranked as the nation's No. 12 team last week, this is also the highest-ranked that Alabama has been so far this season.

This past week, Alabama held a 2-2 record across their four games played, a stretch that started with a 6-5 home win over South Alabama. Alabama then hosted top-ranked Tennessee for a SEC series during the weekend, where the Crimson Tide would win one-of-three games.

Now sitting at 22-3 overall, as well as 4-2 in SEC play, Alabama's next game will come Tuesday, March 25 against North Alabama at Toyota Field in Huntsville. The Crimson Tide will also host Oklahoma for a three-game SEC series this weekend, who were ranked No. 9 in the latest Coaches Poll.
