Now this is going to get confusing!!! i'am thinking 7th!!

If the NYG win tonight we will be picking 7th, if they dont win we pick 8th.

plus it depends on if Oakland can finish there last minute drive for a TD in the last 2 minute of their game with 3 Time Outs left with only 30 yards to go.

I hope they dont then I want 8th. As far away from top 5 money as we can get!

ESPN shows us 12th right now, I have no clue who's right. There are 7 teams with less wins than us by my count so the earliest we could pick would be 8th.

It won't matter when we sign Shawn Alexander after he's franchised and give up the pick to Seattle.

San Fran 2-14
Cleveland 4-12
Miami 4-12
Tenn 5-11
Chi 5-11
Tampa 5-11
Giants 5-11 or 6-10
Oak 5-11 or 6-10
wash 6-10
Detroit 6-10
Az 6-10
Dallas 7-9 or 6-10
Then the 7- 9 start...
So take your pick. 7th to the 11th

Oakland just lost. They had 7 or 8 shots at a tying TD from inside the 10 and couldn't make it.

I saw on a couple boards that Deangelo was rated as 9-11 best prospect overall. It's a perfect match.

Detroit beat us and DC has a better conference record, so I think that puts us in front of them both . . .

I think we're no higher than 8th.

From http://www.gbnreport.com/ , dont use ESPN's draft order yet they havent included the SOS yet when determining the order yet, they never do until all 17 weeks have been completed.

Well at least the first 6 picks have been wrapped up.

1. SF
2. Miami
3. Clev
4. Chi.
5. TB.
6. Tenn.

And if NYG losses tonight

7. Oak
8. NYG

And we would have pick one of picks 9-11 and most likely 9-10 as Detriot had a much higher SOS after week 15 I doubt it drops enough to be at our or Washingtons level.

Head to head doesn't matter on draft picks. I think the tiebreaker is strength of schedule, ESPN is showing us behind all the 6-10 teams.

Figures that would be our luck lose all the tiebreakers. We should still get a good player but I am not so confident that we get our choice at RB, we will get what's left I see at least 2 if not 3 going before we pick.

Head to head matchups and confrence record do not matter when deciding draft order. This is the priority list when making order:

1. Win - Loss Record
2. Opponents' W-L %
3. Then cion flip tie breaker.

Cleveland gets the #2 pick based on the Dolphins beating them last week.

Let those teams take Benson and Cadillac and have Deangelo fall into our laps.

Head to head match ups do not matter. Read the posts above yours.

I edited my original post on this page to say:

Do not look at ESPNS draft order yet they are wrong and only use win loss records right now, read the bottom and it states, "Order determined by standings only".

http://www.gbnreport.com/ has used both win-loss % and SOS and have the correct order for the first 6 picks. on their main page.

With all these teams being 6-10 won't we pick higher in the 2nd round if we are the last 6-10 team to pick in the 1st round.Doesn't the NFL rotate the teams with the same record in each round?

Correct.

Lets say there is 3 teams with 6-10 this is how it would look for each round:

Round one:

Team 1
Team 2
Team 3

Round 2:

2
3
1

Round 3:

3
1
2

Round 4:

1
2
3

And so on, and on, and on.
