1. Originally started posting on the "Cardinals Insider" Rivals board. I think I found it while surfing the net before the 97 draft, maybe right around the time we traded for Adrian Murrell? I can't remember exactly but that sounds about right.
2. Became a fan in '88, but I really didn't get into it much besides just watching the games until 93. Thats when I got the "thirst" and couldn't get enough info on the Cards to satisfy. Grew up in a Chicago Bears household - my Dad is from Decatur, IL where the bears originally started. He used to watch both the bears and the cards though growing up so he didn't mind watching the Cards.
3. I got several - A) obviously, the infamous San Diego game. The New Orleans game before that was great too. I took my Dad to both of those games, they were the last football games I saw with him. Two perfect Sundays.
B) Same Philly game that Ouchie talked about, I was at a bar in Crystal City VA that some of the DC guys know about, in a sea of 15 or 20 Philly fans. 2 minutes to go I started getting really vocal about how they left Plummer too much time. Then when Martay scored, it was basically the same as that Miami Dolphins fan in the Jets bar ad. Hilarious! I can't believe I got out of there alive.
3) The Cards @ Skins game I went to in 98, Sunday before Thanksgiving when we were up huge at the half, and somehow hung on for the win after a huge Skins rally. Final Score, Cards 45 - Skins 42. How I got out of there alive also I have no idea.
EDIT - forgot my "worst" moment. Actually, it was when I turned off the tv watching the Esiason 500 yard overtime game with two minutes to go in the 4th, disgusted thinking another sure loss, and jumped into my truck to drive from Tucson up to Phoenix.
So around Casa Grande, turn on the radio and they are just going off about how the cards won and it was the most amazing victory and bla bla bla... I haven't turned a game off early since.
