This year's Suns team is going to be pretty bad and I'm guessing everyone will not be upset after a Suns loss due to wanting to get a good draft pick, so what team will you have a rooting interest for this year? Being from New York/New Jersey, I will be pulling for the Brooklyn Nets. I hope they can beat The Heat and stop their run.

I'd like to see Derrick Rose do well and the Bulls to beat the Heat and the Spurs in the playoffs. I also like Indiana and the Thunder. I don't really care, as long as the Lakers, the Spurs and the Heat don't win it. Lebron and Kobi sucks.

Never really could root for another team, unless the Suns had something to gain from their winning. So this season I guess it's now Washington and Minnesota. And of course whoever plays against Lakers, Spurs or the Heat in the playoffs.

No need to file adoption papers for me. Although I realize that we will probably be a lottery team and that it will probably be the best thing for us in the long run, I'll still be cheering them on every game. And, even though it won't hurt as much, each loss will still sting.

Whoever is playing the Lakers. And I'm rooting for the Twolves, Wizards, and Pacers to be just good enough to have to give up their picks.

But honestly, this is the most excited I've been about a Suns season in the past few years. Yes they're going to be terrible. But it's going to be fun to watch everyone develop.

I've been cheering them to lose for awhile now. I'm excited it should be more fruitful this year.

I want to see these young guys play more. I like the potential of guys like Gordon, Goodwin, Plumlee, and Len. Good to see some potential on the team again.

As for other teams....anybody but Lakers and Miami, and I'm good. So maybe OKC or Hou. Plus since the NBA is so concentrated where only 6 or so teams win championships in 35 years, I'm really for anybody but those 6, but specifically for those two.

I want to see Houston be good just to watch how much more Dwight Howard can piss Laker fans off.

Same as usual: Bulls and Hornets. Not sure about the Hornets this year. I liked the Charlotte Hornets back in the Bogues/ LJ/ Mourning/ Hawkins days and always liked the team. With the Charlotte Bobcats becoming the Hornets and the former Hornets now calling themselves the New Orleans Pelicans, I suppose I go for the Bobcats. That American/ Australien sports franchise system can be really weird at times....

I feel the same way. I won't be rooting for any other team during the season.

And, just as I said on the D'backs board, during the Finals, I will root for the team from the West to beat the East, no matter who they are.

I came to NE Phoenix from New Jersey 35 years ago and am loyal to the West.

I'm rooting for Miami to win the title again cause I hate LAL fans and I want LeBron to match or surpass Kobe in rings so that they can ****.

I'm also a big Derrick Rose fan so I want them to play well too.

From the West, I'm rooting for the Warriors. They remind me of the Suns run n gun teams except they actually have a coach who preaches defense and have good defensive big man on the team. I think Golden State will be the most fun to watch out of any team in the NBA.

Warriors I'd like to see em win.
Lakers spurs n Houston can suck it.

Bulls I like what they showed last year and with Rose back, I'd like to see him make a great return.
Heat can suck it too.

Overall I just don't like Howard and Wade.

I enjoy watching Indiana and Chicago- I love defensive-minded teams. In the west, I like Golden State a lot.

Due to draft picks, I'll also be rooting for the Wolves and the Wizzards as well.

Same here.

I will be rooting for the Suns, with my focus on player development. I would never adopt another team. Where is team loyalty? If I cheer for another team in the slightest, it will only for them to win so the Suns can get their 2014 draft pick.

Go Wizards, Wolves, whatever.

I think I might cheer for the Lakers... I'd really not want to put temptation in the path of the league office and if the Lakers are in the lottery, they would surely be tempted to arrange matters so Wiggins wound up in a Laker uni. 'For the good of the league' of course. Look how outrageously they favored the Lakers last year to put them in the playoffs

Brooklyn, since I lived there for 12 years before moving back to Arizona....

Also the Whiz and the Wolves.

The Lakers, Spurs, and Heat can catch the Plague

Although a die hard suns fan I've always rooted for the Pacers in the east. Reggie Miller was in his prime when I was in jr high and I loved those Pacer teams always seemed like the little guy going against all odds when they played New York or Chicago in the playoffs.

Hope they can pull it off this year. That state would lose there mind and those fans seem pretty classy
