I had my criticism's of Mike D'antoni and it probably was time for us to make a coaching change, but I dont like the way it ended with him and I think Steve Kerr and Terry Porter are both morons so I'll admit that while I love my Suns, I'd kinda like to see the Knicks mop the floor with us on Wednesday just as a big F U from DA to Steve Kerr. It could be good medicine for the team.

But it could just be my disgust from yesterday still talking. That was a pathetic game we played. I hate what's happened to our Suns man...

Only if it will force change. What I would really like to see is for us to come out there and kick out the way we are suppose to kick ass.

I don't want to see this team do anything bad period. Even though I want some changes to come down, I don't want to see this team do bad at all.

Hell if I could have a wish, it would be that this teams gets turnovers under control, the team starts playing better defense and we go on a 15 game win streak. It won't happen but that is what I would like to see.

This is how I feel. I want the Suns to win but if losing can effect positive position change I could live with it. However, I don't trust Sarver/ Kerr/ Porter to make the changes. So it is a catch 22.

And you call yourself a fan? It appears you love DA more than the Suns team.

Just get it over with and buy a Knicks jersey if you are that big of a D'Antoni fan.

Just don't give us a bunch of crap about wanting the Suns to lose for their own good.

Wow. I nominate this "Dumb Post of the Year."

It's actually not that dumb. Or even dumb at all. If we lose big, it will force changes to happen quicker and make us better in the long run.

It's obvious we can't win a championship with this current team. If you agree with that and agree that we need change, you should in fact be pulling for the Knicks.

I'm glad somebody else said it cuz i've been trying to be nicer to those that were simply "in love" with the style of play rather than the team;).

I actually agree with this as much as it goes against my grain to want the Suns to lose, but I think it will help in the long run.

This same scenario is all over the NYJets message boards which I am a part of since I've been a Jet fan for almost 40 years. A team with such promise and talent goes 8-3 and then tanks the last 5 games of the season and misses the playoffs. The posters are now saying that it actually may have been a blessing in disguise because that forced the owner to fire the coach and his staff and will force changes to be made to the team which many of the fans believe will help the team be more cohesive and actually may have a solid chance at winning a title. They already hired a new coach (Rex Ryan) which many believe will bring the fire and passion back to the team and real leadership that it has been lacking. The jury is still out on him, but I don't think it could be any worse than what they had these past few years. I know Porter is in his first year, but I just don't see the leadership in him nor do I see the players respecting him or buying into his system or really "Kerr's" system at all.

The Jets are alot like the Suns....alot of talent, but they seemed to play with no heart and looked like crap on the field in a lot of games that they should have won. Alot of fans blamed the coach (Mangini) and his staff, some blamed individual players for caring more about their 'own' stats and touches than the collective team and then there were some who blamed a combination of both. Just seems like the same thing here.

It may be the best thing for this team to have their asses handed to them again and because it would be coming from the Knicks and DA, it would sting even more and maybe force some badly needed changes.

Hell no! Besides Dantoni doesn't really need to prove anything he IS a better coach than Porter and its not really close imo. I still do not want to see the Suns lose ever! I want to see them trade lame ass Stat for some real players that want to play instead of loaf and be a whiner, nice game last night Stat no field goals and you think your a superstar, what a joke!

Yeah, I actually find this thread disgusting.

... and no, I don't hope to see the Suns lose against the Knicks, one of the worst teams the last 8 years.

I am a long time fan of this team, but I would rather them go 0-82 next year and realize they have to blow it up and adopt a new philosophy that is completely foreign in the ENTIRE HISTORY of this organization, than for them to go 55-27 and get booted in the 2nd round again. What some of you don't understand is that the longer they have this mediocre level of success, they will never realize the need for wholesale changes. So, I am not opposed to them getting shut down by the Knicks....

You're assuming that the organization is capable of learning from overwhelming evidence, which they pretty clearly aren't.

Woh... back up there chief. That would be historic patheticness (is that a word?)! AND, they wouldn't even get a draft pick out of it. No thanks, I'd rather take my chances with 55 wins.

Easy tiger, I'm just saying I would like to see something happen to facilitate change and I dont like what Kerr is doing to our team.

No reason to get all testy.

It's funny that you guys all get to come on here every game and trash every single one of our players and talk about how we dont deserve to win another game all year but I throw this out there and get flamed.

I always want what's best for the Suns, and sometimes, a butt whoopin by your former coach can be a wakeup call. Like I said, I was just upset about the Boston game anyways. I'm over it and hope we win.

Monday night was enough embarrasment for the entire season!!! And they kept showing Kerr sitting there, so at least he had to suffer through the game and see what he has done to our Suns! Nice job Kerr, Porter, Sarver!!!
