Here's a question--why exactly did they activate Trybanski off the injured list? It's not like they're going to use him or anything. Z, Amare and Trybanski could have been our injured list, easily. FJ doesn't play Archibald, and he sure doesn't play our 3 centers too much, so what's the point in activating Trybanski?

I would like to see Trybanski play at least a few minutes here and there, especially when the rest of the centers are in foul trouble. If he shows anything they could play him alongside someone like Scott Williams because the team is so in need of power players.

Why not activate him? The Suns have to pay him either way, and if there is a spot open on the active roster it makes no sense to leave him on the injured list.

But "just to have him there" is hardly a good excuse. Archibald has been off the list for a little while now and he hasn't sniffed a minute. And that's considering that the Suns actually like him as a player (why, I'm not sure).

Who makes the decision to remove players from the IL? Maybe it's not FJ & maybe FJ could go on the list... and then maybe Trybanski & Archibald would get to snif a minute or two:thumbup:

Every team has players that sit on the bench and don't play. Are you actually suggesting that they should just save themselves that time and people work and leave them on the injured list? It doesn't make much sense. It seems they would be kicking themselves if they ever ran into a situation where they absolutely had to play one of those guys, and for no logical reason they left them on the injured list.

I must be misunderstanding your point Chap because this seems like common sense to me. If they pay them either way, the players are healthy enough to be on the active list, and there are open spots on the active list why wouldn't they be activated?

I think Chap was doing the same thing I was - being sarcastic....FJ's reasoning as to play or not to play particular players kind of makes me that way.
