The exact same number that actually got them down by two touchdowns.
The exact same number. Amazing.

Talk about a homer!!!

No. Part of it will be the team around him. Plummer has never played on a team with the kind of talent around him that he will be in Denver.

It's ALL dictation now-a-days.

Of course... Because your defense had nothing to do with being down by two touchdowns...

And Denver has never had as mind boggling of a decision maker as Plummer.

No... It's not hard to believe that Mike Shanahan knows more about coaching than anyone in the Cardinals organization...

The answer is 3, what was the point? To clarify that's 15 or more since that's how ESPN has the stat.

So 15% of his INT's came in 12.8% of his attempts, wow that's almost what one would expect right?

I didn't talk about coaching, I asked about Jake. Remember Wolf, Donahoe, they both agree you can't win with Plummer. Walsh, who once compared him to Montana, called him reckless. Guess who mentored Shanahan? Guess who mentored Trestman, the guy who told the Cards to expose him to the franchise draft after the 2000 season?

To quote Akroyd "we mock what we do not understand."

Is the team adept at reading defenses? Are they gonna wisper in his ear when gets under center? Unless they are it doesnt matter!!!

Your credibility is vanishing.

Perhaps you should watch more than three games of Plummer's.

Whoops, in my haste I missed the 21 plus stat. The correct answer to your question is 7.

In my defense I'm trying to go home for the day.

Well, last year, San Diego took one pick back for a TD and another back to about the four yard line.

Is there a stat for how many points scored directly off interceptions per QB? That'd be something to look at.

I know Dexter Coakley misses Plummer. Champ Bailey's made a career out of taking floating ten yard outs back for six points.

Apparently you never watched Griese play... And that's not mentioning young John Elway...

I'll see your two handed shovel pass to Miami... and raise you a behind the back pass/fumble/thing inside our own 20.

Alrightie. I gotta split.

All in good fun, Taco.
Plummer if anything was a great guy in the community and I do wish him the best.

If Griese's decision making made you crazy -- just wait.

Griese always struck me as one of those steady-Eddie types who never made the spectacular play, executed the run of the mill plays, and limited the disasters.

Plummer will make plenty of spectacular, but wont consistenly do the little things, and will definately produce the disaster. Jake is the leader of the "unforced error"-- particularly in the red zone.

The interception that he threw during the 01-02 season in Dallas to Dexter Coakley was classic Plummer.

Down in our own endzone, Plummer drops back to pass, not that much pressure. Jake looks around, no receiver is open, and he inexplicably throws the ball right down the middle, directly to Dexter Coakley who trots into the endzone.

Taco John: I've gotta' say we all thank the Denver Broncos, and hope everything doesn't turn out as bad as we think it will.

And I hope that Shanny doesn't have to hard of a time finding a new job.

Adios

He won't have nearly as hard a time as McGinnis will...

...if you're lucky Arizona might get a shot at him...

I saw every game Jake ever played, the Taco has seen 3.....he is not an elite quarterback. He has a weak arm, does not read defenses and ruins the running game.

This argument is really pointless.....the Cardinals fans are not sour on Jake, most of us like him (as a person) so why don't you take our word on it.

There's no backstabbing going on here. Last season was a horrible season. I don't want any record of it, so I sent my original tapes to people who could use them. Just like I taped over all my tapes from 2000.

I tried a "pay it forward" thing. It failed miserably. As far as I can tell, not a soul forwarded it on. They all said that no one emailed them asking for the tapes. Terrible fans, if you ask me - with something like 200 posts a day, there aren't FIVE PEOPLE over there who wanted to check out tape of their new QB in May.

All I can say is that if anyone came in here offering free tapes of Jeff Blake from last year with free shipping, with the caveat that you post a critique within a week and pass it on, I think a lot of people would jump on it. I know I would like to get a chance to really watch him and break down the tape, now that he's our guy.

I sent out all the tapes of the first nine games - actually, the guy who liked Plummer the best got the San Diego and Philly games, I believe. I know this is heresy, but besides the two devastating INTs, he played pretty well in the SD game. And we WERE one-dimensional.

Liking Plummer around here is like not agreeing with the Iraq invasion. Those who disagree will say you're not on the right team. Whatever. I have nothing to hide. I'll watch every Cards game this year just like every other year, and I'll try to be one of the voices of reason.

I hope he does. I just don't want the guy on my team.

He will success heheheh, and I will give virgin birth to a QB that will take the Cardinals to the superbowl.

That is great buddy you and the rest of the arrogance surrounding the Broncos keep telling yourself that. It will make you feel better about the fact you know he stinks.

Probably because they were embarassed.

Seriously, it was a very sporting thing for you to do. But, if they honestly critiqued them, they were probably a little nervous about what could happen for them this season.

And, I know, I'm not going to change your mind on Jake. Wouldn't even try.
