Unicorns do pretty well, but are a myth. Need the myth burster crew to evaluate Murray and Kingsbury. Or shrek and donkey with their short jokes!

Because it's not relevant.

Ok Chief.

There were plenty of reasons to postulate on "Why Rosen will fail" last offseason.

Good NFL QBs don't come from bad college teams. A good NFL QB will elevate his college enough to at least win 8 games. Kerouac challenged me on this an his math basically showed me to be correct. The only real outlier was Mahomes....which I hope portends that Kingsbury will be successful as well :)

My point was that given the panning of Rosen's talents and personality in the endless KM threads, one dedicated to his possible failure was hardly needed.

Indeed there was, I read almost every thread that's Cards related and in all of my years reading threads on this forum have seen a thread on why someone will fail always has been positive I simply am voicing my opinion is all but it does seem certain people do like to insult intelligence or Team Loyalty I just do happen to think Murray has Vince Young type athleticism and unfortunately Brains too Time will prove me Wrong or Right

I see all of the things he hasn't done, poor interviews, and leaving programs/sports high and dry. Football is more than 13 games of good tape on the field, with elite talent.

Sorry, there's only one man who can help your argument, and he doesn't take the field at all until minicamp.
I’ll take our chances with these so called shortcomings. Better than hearing he needs to improve his accuracy or needs to improve his footwork. Pretty sure his interviews will improve.

For the Cardinals sake let us hope Murray flourishes and proves you wrong.
Or else it will set us back a couple of years.:(

It's not just his interviews. I'm worried about his leadership, commitment, and ability to make the right reads when not everyone is wide open.

Lots of it has to do with adversity. The guy just hasn't really faced it from being on a losing team. It's real easy to act aloof and casual when the team is steamrolling others.

Unfortunately we really only get one example of how he reacted to a loss:

I can't hold it too much against him for being downtrodden at the end of his football career, but man, this isn't inspiring stuff. Like, of course he can't say "hey we're gonna come back and get them next time," but watching him schlep off the field with a towel over his head crying is... I dunno.

It's just the great unknown about how he's going to deal with how much he is likely to lose in year one.

It's gotten more balanced. A couple of the vocal fans seem to have just worn out on the argument.

That was a loss that ended his season. Do you expect him to be upbeat after that kind of loss?

I could understand if he was giving interviews like this after the Texas loss earlier in the season, but this was him being disappointed that this both ended the season for his team and his college career.

I was sort of hoping for a thread which read "Why will Murray not fail"... but now when people lose, it's all about protest and not accepting any benefit on why the other side got their way :)
