unfortunately, even if he's just that, he's more than Rosen at this point. And he's also got a higher completion percentage, QB rating and TD:INT ratio than Rosen.

Long term, I would agree with you. Allen showed more than Rosen this year, but Rosen can’t be judged just yet.

Allen is Vince Young to me. You will be able to win with him but he’s so big and athletic that he’ll always rely his legs more.

He does look as bad as Rosen, stares receivers down. His offensive line is better though so maybe he's worse.
