Wild D Foster has surgery on broken leg (AP)

Minnesota Wild defenseman Kurtis Foster is recovering in California after having surgery to repair a broken left leg. The gruesome injury happened Wednesday night when the Wild played the San Jose Sharks. Foster collided with Sharks rookie Torrey Mitchell and then crashed into the wall in the second period.
